In a synastry chart, I have the aspect North Node Conjunct Amor. What does this mean? It's hard to find information on asteroids in synastry.

Being that Amor is conjunct the North Node I am just guessing that this is a fated union, and one that was meant to happen. North Node conjunctions basically mean that you have chosen each other to work together in this life. We probably agreed to work on unconditional love together before we were born into this life. Does this sound accurate?

I always knew that the North Node was a very important point in the astrological chart like the vertex. But I thought that it was an angle. So I was mistaken.
