What does it mean if someone who is involved with someone married has anti vertex that conjuncts the arabic part divorce (1) while his vertex simultaneously conjuncts venus and mars of married person whose venus and mars falls under 9th house (9th house is indicator of who you will marry for the second time).

Can it be safe to say that married person will get divorce to marry lover? Any theories, ideas or thoughts?
