Could anyone point me in the direction of books or websites that give adequate interpretations of the asteroids in the natal chart please? My brain is leaking out my ears from searching onlne, and I have come up with very little. Yet, I see people applying interpretations to many of them, so there must be sources, no? IP: Logged |

I think I have already requested a reading from him last week, via his personal email. I will check out his site for information in the meantime though. Do you know the name of, or have his website address? The name of the asteroid conjunct my moon is Eugenia. But I don't think she is what you meant. I still haven't found anything else though. I just read a thread about being suseptible to mind control due to placements and went on a freak-out to check if any of them apply. It appears not IP: Logged |

I generally start with somewhere like wiki or http://theoi.com and then see if I can put together my own idea about what it will mean and then I go online to see what other interpretations there are.Zane Stein - centaurs and others Mark Andrew Holmes - centaurs and others are names I generally check out, the thing is with the asteroids there are so many...I did find a nother that isn't springing to mnd quickly enough. if you have a basic understanding of how astology works then you can apply the same principles to the asteroids. They'll give you a theme and from that you can derive a meaning or a few keywords.

Thank you for the info Dysfunctionalmystic - it shall be followed up! I'm still learning about the planets, but I don't know, I go abotu things backwards and upsides down when I am learning, it usually comes together in the end, but I could probably save a lot of time (and bald patches) if I would make a plan and follow it. Well, something to consider for the future Thanks again! IP: Logged |

But some of the mythology are of course out of reality on the time we living on today. You could in any case get an picture of how it will works out. IP: Logged |

Once in a while Mystic Medusa will write an article on an asteroid...doesn't go too in depth or anything...but you kind of get the general idea...like now I know Ubasti or whatever is a cat Goddess. And darkstar astrology is another that add asteroids and fixed starts into their blogs. Thanks for the links dysfunctionalmystic. And I look forward to hearing about more links! =D IP: Logged |

The Astrology Encyclopedia and The Astrology Book: The Encyclopedia of Heavenly Influences by James R. Lewis are pretty much the same book and they both have great info about even the most minor asteroids. IP: Logged |
