Monfish, if I understand your question, I d say that I am generally not too fond of aspects between the same planets in synastry. At best (trine, sextiles, even conjunctions - if you consider them an easy aspect) they are just indicators of mild compatibility - you get each other's STYLE, as you tend to act/think the same. At worst, they can denote frustration and basic differences of personality (for ex, Sun square Sun) but in any case this is not very important for me in synastry. I consider more the hard aspects in same-planets synastry. The only aspect very significant I always use is Moon-Moon compatibility (your emotional world) which is crucial for me. Anything else can be overcome by interaspects between different planets. Maybe you want to check Mercury-Mercury as well but I found I d rather have a good Moon-Merc aspect in synastry anyday - more telling for good rapport and UNDERSTANDING. Between same asteroids, I never felt any influence...you check them mainly in aspects to major planets/angles or with other asteroids they tend to 'pair' with.IP: Logged |
