Unfortunately I haven't seen anything like an ephimeris (nor is this tracked on Astrodienst yet), however, it does seem to me that there's some effect to it. Or it's amplifying some other goings on.

Current events since YU55's close approach:
- Italian PM about to stand down if he hasn't already (as far as I know this is related mostly to the financial crisis).
- Herman Cain's sexual harassment scandals hitting a crescendo.
- The Penn State Sandusky/children scandal, which is already taking down a few other people, and may even lead to the end of Joe Paterno's career, regardless of how innocent or guilty he may be. (And Paterno's chart, even without a known birthtime, looked interesting... Especially when Draconic comparison was taken into account.)
- That large tremor in Oklahoma. (Largest in a long while I think)
- A mishandling of soldiers' remains scandal at Dover Air Force Base
- The Iranian Nuclear crisis (or soon will be from the sounds of it)
- The timing of Eric Holder's testimony before Congress regarding the Fast and Furious scandal.

So, certainly YU55 can be said to be associated with "earth-shattering events"... despite not actually hitting and shattering the Earth. Seems more like "bringing to light matters", and "fall of the mighty," perhaps even the destruction of institutions. Also seems to be some weather/seismic influence, although I'm unsure what transits are hitting the likes of Poseidon/Typhon/Atlantis/Vulcano/etc... (Although with the close encounter I'm sure it's at least the span of a square in the span of 24-36 hours minimum, possibly a trine.)

Justitia is already taken as a name for an asteroid, as is Chaos, Loki, Pandora, etc. Perhaps it's too early to speculate what the eventual name of this one will be.
