Basically when you can't find any info on a specific asteroid, you have to Google the mythology associated with the asteroid's name, or just run a more general search. There's tons of stuff online about Atlantis outside of an astrological context. And if you read up on that you'll get an idea of what Atlantis represents in astrology. IP: Logged

I think it's also used in earthquake astrology if I recall the thread correctly...? In my chart Atlantis is tightly conjunct Pallas and 1200 Imperatrix (think it's another word for "Empress"). If I did have a past life in Atlantis, I wonder if I wasn't in some royal guard or something... I also have Atlantis close to 3131 Mason-Dixon and 2739 Taguacipa According to http://markandrewholmes.com/taguacipa.html: people going bad, seemingly friendly or innocuous people suddenly showing an evil side, negative changes of heart about people, people with good reputations falling into disrepute. Based on that, maybe it was in Atlantis I had that alleged fall from grace in a past life... or betrayal... or perhaps that was another life? Not really sure. All of these are within 1 degree orb of my natal Atlantis (6 Sag 35'17"). IP: Logged

My Atlantis is on 8 Sag, conjunct my Angel, Lust and Wisdom and ASC on 7 Sag, also conjuncct Neptune and NN on 9 and 10 Sag; conjunct Poseidon on 7 Sag as well and; and sextile my Pallas on 9 Aqua and sextile Pluto on 9 Libra. BTW Edgar Cayce had Atlantis conjunct Pallas I think. IP: Logged

In addition to what I had listed about my Atlantis, I have also found I have 52 Europa/287 Nephthys in Libra sextiling, as well as 120 Lachesis in Aquarius also sextiling. If that's not enough, 1930 Lucifer in Capricorn is semisquare Atlantis/Pallas/Imperatrix. And something very intriguing: 9499 Excalibur in Aries trining Atlantis. Also found Sedna in Taurus and Kaali in Cancer are Quincunxing Atlantis as well, forming a Yod. Not sure if I should consider 1457 Ankara in Gemini opposing Atlantis as significant or not in this case, even though it would kite the yod, just for virtue that I haven't really associated Ankara with Atlantis before. Pretty cool that I would have a similar Atlantis/Pallas conjunction to Edgar Cayce... haven't really thought about his work in awhile. IP: Logged

An indirect hint that USA is trying to positively balance the karmic debts of Atlantis that necessitated the sinking of that empire. Asteroid Lucifer though is squaring Atlantis exactly in this chart. Satanic Forces will not make this balancing of dents an easy task. Ceridwen: Siva in my Libra (and directly on fixed star Spica) is almost 2 degrees out from Semisquare Atlantis. I do have almost directly though Symmetria/Merlin/Elatus/Germania semisquare Atlantis. Astronomia/Khufu/Toutatis/Interposita are in between Merlin and Siva in mine. I need a better way of storing this data, the iPhone Notes app doesn't give me much room on screen per line to put anything beyond number, name and coordinates (and indicating Retrograde or not). Also, it exactly conjuncts my Mercury, squares my Juno and Eros by 3, 1 degrees respectively, quintiles my PF and trines my Isis (1d). My Atlantis is on the 29th degree of Taurus and my ASC/South Node on the 29th degree of Leo (conjunct Regulus/Cor Leonis). IP: Logged

X It's been AGES since I've heard French. I was born into and spent a piece of my earlier childhood in a French speaking family and community, in USA. French Canadians! Parents didn't encourage French in the home after the move. Attending an English speaking school presented some difficulties for a while, until I grew accustomed to "thinking" in English.
