I'm 21 with no kids...and it doesn't look like that will happen anytime soon. lol

I do work with kids though. I enjoy working at the school I work at...I don't really like babysitting or daycare stuff. I get sick of the 2 kids I babby sit (and I usually only see them once a week...but I do have fun with it half the time. But it does get anoying. I had to work at a daycare in the summer...I didn't like it.
But I like teaching the kids...unfortunalty the 3 year old class I work at have accidents sometimes...that's the part I hate.

But I'm starting to get sick of it all, probably cause I barely got a break, cause of the school year and daycare in summer. But I will not return to the daycare this summer. I will just babysit about once a week and get by. I am a person who needs their breaks...and once you have kids you pretty much never get a break. A realization that I am nowhere close to ready to have kids.

It's not a lot of work.
My Neptune is in my 10th house in tight conjunct to my MC and the Sun a bit wider conj to my Merc, all in the 10th house.
My NN trines my 10th house Stellium.
That is why it's confusing that I never considered a career related to kids.

Neptune is also the ruler of my 2nd house where my NN and child asteroid is.

SN is in Virgo and Pluto is conjunct. I am fully aware of my SN traits and have mastered them at a very high level in this lifetime.

My Sun (conj Nept) is the ruler of my 7th (Leo cusp).
My Merc (conj Sun/Nept/MC) is the ruler of my 5th and 8th (together with Pluto). I have no planets in the 5th but I have Jup, Pluto and Uranus in the 8th (Pluto in Virgo but Jup and Uranus in Libra intercepted). Jup in Libra is important to me as it rules my Sag Sun in the 10th.

I would be curious to see what you think.

I just looked at my Draconic Nept and it's at 10d Sag.

In the 9th harmonic, Nept is in 17d Pisces (natal child position is 17d Pisces and natal NN position is 18d Pisces)!

As I said, it's hard to match the astro facts with the reality of my life. So what other interpretations are possible for a tight Child conj to one's NN in Pisces?

Oh yes a special ed teacher. Or something along those lines.

I think my mom has N.node Pisces. (no idea where her child asteroid is though)
She did occupational(hands) thereapy at schools for a while.
And her summer job for a while was taking inner city kids, who where some type of learning or psysical disabled, but not retarded out on fields trips.

okay this idea is cheasy!...lol but I couldn't help it. But since you said you like all ages maybe you could help older people get in touch with their inner child. :P

What is the ruler of the house your nn is in ? what is the ruler of your 10th ?
What aspects do they make to other planets ?
What are the houses ?
Also look to the sn as this will push you in the direction of your nn. what you ar moving away from and where you need to go ( something to do w/ children) keep aspects tight when using asteroids though you can expand if there are two or more planets conjunct as both will take on the flavor of the asteroid.

I have that 13 deg in Aqua house 9
Child 14 deg Aqua house 9
MC 16 deg Aqua hosue 10

So MC and Node conjunct child.

Good ideas. Helping anyone getting in touch with "their inner child" does not appeal to me.
But helping children heal, yes, that appeals a lot. I do have a counselling qualification and could continue on a specialization...
As I said above, I do work with families (I'm in the process of writing a book too but early stages). I could really just focus it on children.

I check out one professor who always are so quiet and serious togheter with all. When he meet me he looks like an little boy. He always put up so many historys and jokes so ...... Is he the same person everyone talk about.
