I know close to nothing about asteroids, but I have heard they are useful for people. Not asking for an indepth reading. More of; are there any placements/aspects that stand out that you would reccomend that I look into? (I have no idea where to start!) Thanks!

(sorry for the colorful mess, I didn't know what to include so just put astro's list in it.)

Your Juno-NN and Chiron-Uranus oppositions seem very interesting! Especially considering the out-of-sign nature and critical degree of the Juno-NN opposition.

You just asked for what stood out so I'll leave it at that but if you want my take on the meanings I'd be more than happy to type it out because I have a bit to say about them.

Also, I read on this board that asteroids aren't really active unless strongly aspected by a planet or point. I find that to be true in my chart but maybe you'd want to see if that's true for yours as well.

Well I am always curious what your take is on astrology topics .

You think juno oppposition northnode perhaps means that marriage gets in the way of his personal growth in this life? like he has to choose between commitment or personal growth??

Sounds like you got it figured out, A.

I'll just comply with what the thread starter said.

Capriquarius if you want to give a more detailed analysis go at it. I would love to here. That, and I can't find any reliable info on a juno-node aspect online or any of my moms books :-P.

I did read about juno in leo though, and it made me crack up. It definitely fits me. I am supposed to find a "leo type" person to complete me, andddd yeah that's pretty true even though I don't want to admit it completely, I know it's what I need.

I am nor sure, I could see that happening. Personal growth is SUPREMELY important to me. I also badly want to be in a relationship. I'm just very careful, and in several ways fearful (mostly sexual things). There's A LOT to it, but it would take me quite a long time to explain properly. I can sum it up as; the only way I can learn is to practice and make mistakes, but making mistakes causes me horrible pain, so I am sort of "stuck". Physical-sexual acts have so many unspoken rules, and I know nothing about them at all.

(p.s. I'm gay, if that's a factor).

It's what you would need within a committed, practicality-based relationship in order to obtain or retain your personal power in the outer world. According to the myth, Juno was a Hilary Clinton-type figure whose position of strength in society hinged on her status as someone's spouse.

Your Juno in Leo is a part of a T-square with your 5th House NN in Pisces and Sun in the 8th. You need to work towards your creative potential in this lifetime (NN in 5th), and this is somehow linked to your ability to penetrate below the surface to see deep into another person (8th House stellium). Since an out-of-sign opposition is difficult to reconcile, you will most likely project your Leo Juno qualities onto a partner as you age and grow into your NN. For example, maybe music is one of your hobbies (5th House/recreation), and you start writing songs as you get older. You can utilize your 8th House stellium to write deep, meaningful lyrics, which propels you toward the spiritual calling of your Pisces NN. However, maybe you would not feel so comfortable singing something so deep and intimate to an audience, and would find it easier to let a partner play that part for you. Out-of-sign aspects don't feel so good. But owning your entire chart is possible, so if you can find it within yourself to broadcast the fruits of your own NN, you won't need a partner to do that for you, or to feel complete.

As for your Chiron-NN opposition, it seems to indicate that you experienced some pain during college because your chosen field is at odds with the unconventionality inherent in your mental process, perhaps due to having grown up around some unusual and creative siblings.

P.S. Beware of meeting psychic vampires through the Internet. Like me, you are a Plutonian with Neptune in the 3rd, except that with you those qualities are even more pronounced.

Jolly Holiday to you, bro! See you around LL.

That sounds pretty darn accurate to me! I am an organic chemist by trade, and I absolutely love what I do. However though I have wondered at times if I should have gone into psychology. I didn't know I had a passion for it until a few years ago. Mostly because at that point I realized how good I am at penetrating into peoples minds and figuring out things that they don't even know. I'm REALLY good at it (too good really, but that's another story). My goal is to become a college professor (hence I am going for my PhD). I hope that being able to teach and do research will allow me to take both my scientific nature, and my ability to connect to and read people.

For years now I have felt I should do something with music. I hear sounds in a different way, and connect to it deeply. The problem is I have no musical training, and don't have much time to learn. I haven't forgotten it though and I hope some day I can try and create something. I just need some basic lessons first, and to find a singer (I can't sing and I don't have the kind of voice I would want to put into music). There is a huge part of me that is deeply creative but I have no idea how to express it in a way that puts my inner world external. I have to keep searching.

I did struggle through college in a lot of regards. Even though I did come out pretty well off (I'm now in grad school). My way of thinking is different. Nearly every professor I have had has said this to me. In some classes (math in particular) it was a huge problem. I am a very non-linear thinker, and I have to be able to skip steps in my mind. It works wonderful for organic chemistry and has proven to be a boon for me.

Phychic vampires... been there done that. Literally. Even met through the internet. 2 years ago I met one, fell head over heels, and it turned into a nightmare for me. It was largely my fault. In short, he had a dark demon attached to him (he allowed it). I knew this, and it made me attracted to him more. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson. I didn't come out of it unscathed though.

Thanks! I really do appreciate it. Merry christmas to you as well .

Have you ever looked in to musical therapy? This is, also, a field in natural medicine which USES tones to heal disease. It is fascinating, totally!

I dont think it is. If I was gay and wanted to get married I would, I don't need the approval/permission of any church or the government to marry someone. For me marriage is a commitment between two people, Period.

In the state of colorado if you and your partner go to the top of a mountain and exchange vows and tell others you are married, then you are considered married; no need to get marriage license or even a witness in this state if you prefer it this way, which I do.

Husband and I exchanged vows and to make my mom happy we did it in front of loved ones and made the wedding look somewhat traditional but there was no religion involved nor did we get a marriage license.

I agree and that's great!

What I mean though, is how the charts may be read. Main reason being is some aspects are very male-female relationship driven in regards to how aspects are explained. I never really know how to translate it to male-male. In particular when I don't stick to male-female roles much.

I know what it but I haven't looked into it. I am far too deep in my career to change though. I DO know I am doing the right thing. Any time I have doubt, it's more just curiosity.
