what does nessus conjunct asc in cancer in synastry mean? does it mean that the nessus person will abuse the asc person by exploiting the asc person's emotions? abuse in a cancerian way? always expecting mothering,always presenting oneself like needy?

The Nessus person develops a steady hatred of the Ascendant person's personality and tries to subdue it. Unless there are harmonious aspects to tame this tendency, the end result is blatant emotional, physical or sexual abuse.

what if the nessus person's juno is also conjunct the other's asc. by the way the nessus person is male.juno in a man's chart shows the type of the potential wife.does this stellium in synastry mean that at the times when the asc person can't satisfy the nessus person,when the asc person doesn't be like a mother (stellium is in cancer) and doesn't show compassion,the nessus person will abuse? is this stellium were in aries, i would think physical abuse but it is in cancer,so i think it can be emotional abuse, such as histrionics

You are correct. The usual negative manifestation of Nessus in Cancer is histrionics. Actually, it would be tenacious emotional torture without ever getting to the point. And the intensity would change in accordance with the Lunar Phases.
