Y'know, I wasn't sure where to post this. Forgive me if it belongs elsewhere. So, here's the deal. I'm familiar with the troublesome nature of 'The Widowmaker' on, say, a personal planet (especially Moon or Venus), but what about Juno? It's Venusian in nature, plus it focusses directly upon relationships of a committed nature. It almost seems the Widowmaker there would be even more disadvantageous for, say, marriage.
I know I've had a hell of a time in matters of the heart, and my natal Juno @ 04' Libra seems -just- far enough away to be causing problems, but not buckets of tragedy.
My twin soul, however, came into this life with Juno @ 08' Libra. Yeah. That's a problem, any way you look at it. While not exact, astrologers who work with it specifically have considered an orb of 5* if the natal or synastry seems to show a pattern. I've not investigated that personally here, (really just noticed it earlier this year) but 08' is about a 1' orb. Definitely close enough to, as they say, 'do some damage'.
Our composite's is curious; being that our Junos -are- conjunct, it seems to carry over in late 06'. Orb's fortunately extended to about 2', but it's still closer than comfortable.
Unfortunately, there's not much written on using Vindemiatrix with asteroids, so, perhaps we don't. I know that outers have even been used, if they're in that '06-'10 range -- especially if they rule the angles.
In the composite, it's squaring the NNode from the 8H, and in our synastry, my Juno's in his 8H, and his is in my 1H.
Love to hear everyone's thoughts.
Thanks!
