Hi Venus,
Nessus opposition Venus would clearly show the Venus person how the Nessus person seeks to control them or attemot to abuse them. The Nessus person will also be completely aware that the Venus person knows his intentions and methods.
Every Opposition Aspect actually plays out like a Chess Match.
The Square Aspect however strikes you from the side or back, thus preventing any chance of gathering your wits or preparing your defense [unless we apply astrology].------------------

Well.....thats not the answer I was expecting..... I have this aspect with my Twin Flame !!!My Dejanira conjuncts my ASC and his Nessus conjjuncts his ASC  My natal Nessus opposes his Venus - 3 degrees
His draco Nessus-ASC opposes my Draco Venus-Chiron on his DC exactly Could it just be .... healing through experiencing past abuse thru interaction with one another ? A true healer is one who makes you go through the abuse sometimes by wounding you again isnt it ? In our case in every lifeline we shared he has come into my life following physical and sexual abuse .... IP: Logged |

I think that is probably the manifestation here, though I am curious what IQ will think. The Draco aspect is very exact and strong, especially with your Chiron being a part of this as well, either he abused you in a past life, or you experienced abuse in the past life you met him, even though he was not the abuser. Maybe his connection to you even became the trigger of some form of abuse (he was your lover / friend/ guru, and a jealous undesired husband was punishing you for conversing with him?).
Now, you both have the themes implanted in this life, with your Dejanira on your aSC and for him Nessus on his ASC. Both of you have to address the theme-complex "vulnerability and abuse", which very well may be a remainder of the traumatic past life experience(s).
The opposition of Nessus and Venus in the tropical is first of all rather wide and it is YOUR Nessus and HIS Venus.
I hate to sound sexistic, but usually women are not as quickly physically abusive towards men than the other way round. Especially not if they have Dejanira on the ASC and therefore a great awareness of how vulnerable a soul can be!
I find it interesting that there seems to be a role reversal at play here.
Female Nessus to male Venus could maybe also denote a certian posessiveness and passion?
I know that Johnny Depp and VAnessa Paradis share this aspect and my momn`s Nessus is conjunct my Dad`s Karma and squares his Venus; she clearly is not abusive towards him, but quite demanding, and they must have been doing something right despite this aspect in the last 38 years, they have shared with each other.

DD .... HOW ON EARTH !!! Its not only what happened but what happened EVERYTIME we were together save 2 times out of 7 ! And the other 2 times the abuse followed after we were married ! Which is why I found the traditional implications of him being Nessus to my Venus waaayyyy wierd. He has been heartbreakingly loving to me and treated me as if I were a rose petal in every life. Maybe just maybe this time around he has to neutralise what he felt about my abuse and abuser by experiencing the same feelings if not acting on them - so he can release his anger and frustration at what happened to me.... Karma is a REALLY wierd thing. This is an aspect Iq and Ami Anne both can shed valuable insights on.... they are quite the Nessus Twins  IP: Logged |

If so are there people who are jealous or envy you?

In Astrology, once an aspect is satisfied and/or the lesson is learned, then the negative manifestation will cease.Take Ami for instance. She has been through hell and fought back successfully. Nessus will not have the same effect in her chart again. The possibility of healing the Soulmate increases in such cases. Ceridwen is not in the slightest lesser than me in astrological analysis and she has correctly explained this aspect of Nessus-Venus opposition. Once you know from a Higher Level State that he is your Twin Flame, you have to take the alternate explanations of Nessus [Abusive tendency gets Healed, Responsibility will be carried out etc ]. If nothing is known about another person, I will still give the cautious explanation of Nessus aspects. After all I am a Cancerian, so security of people comes first, evolution can come later

IF you are truly Twinflames, then your composite would show how you're on the 'TAURUS / SCORPIO' path; essentially experiencing, purging, and healing the various types of abuse for your culture. I know this very well, considering mine and I are on the SCORPIO track, so to speak. One of my most prominent soul mates and I have a very Plutonian relationship; there're a lot of VENUS / PLUTO / TAURUS / SCORPIO dynamics. Tough job, this track. But, hey. That's what we're here for. Really depends upon soul-evolution. If you're here either as a Twinflame, (like the OP has stated) or to 'assist' - don't know how better to explain that - then there will be heavily rooted DEJANIRA and NESSUS themes in both of your charts; typically, one of you expressing one, and the other doing the same. With a very high level soul mate with whom I'm doing some major work (while my Twinflame is doing his own separately, but we still touch base, so to speak) we have an exact NESSUS-DEJANIRA conjunction in synastry. His NESSUS also squares my VENUS-ASC. I've never met a more true, genuine gentleman in my life. (33 years, but, hey). We're both highly evolved, seeking to help others via catharsis - both as creative professionals, as well as my being a therapist and sexologist. NESSUS and DEJANIRA are fascinating; multi-layered.
