Very very karmic relationship, with plenty of scope for love and a positive life together IF you both do not "mentally imprison" yourselves and strive for spontaneity, for impulsive gestures to show affection.
The biggest problem is Neptune near the cusp of 4th, suggesting that you guys will be "all at sea" when trying to settle down in one place. Perhaps an Island Nation will do the trick
