What does it mean when Karma (29*39' Leo) conj Mean Lilith (29*32' Leo) in 11th house? Some kind of karmic debt/lesson considering the degree?

I definitely think so! They are both at anaretic degrees which is karmic and then of course you have asteroid Karma - so yes, for sure.

Perhaps since it's in the 11th house it could mean that this plays out with friends, specifically female friends, given the fact that Lilith is there. Do you have a theme running in your life which correlates to feminine power within friendships or something along those lines?
