Your chart did not show up. I have Quoar conj my ASC but it is 4 degrees. I think that I can feel it but it is not nuclear as it is in some people's charts. I think that 4 degrees can give an ambient orb.------------------

In astrology, asteroid is a generic term for all but the planets.
In astrology, planet is a generic term which includes sun and moon.

I have QUAOAR prominent, but not sure how to interpret it.tightly conj my SUN/MOON MP 0°11'
tightly opp my CHIRON 0°42'
conj my AC/DC MP 1°25', so almost the highest point in my chart (and square both, of course) VENUS is hanging nearby by 3°15', which is too wide of an orb, but it is aspecting. I don't really do Midpoints especially with asteroids but that does not mean they are not important. It would be interesting what others have to say!------------------

I've been looking into QUAOAR more since noticing its prominence. It's really fascinating. I like Lynn Koiner's take: Quaoar: Centaur of Transformation To me, it really jives. 3H, conjunct EROS and MERCURY. IP: Logged |

Jives with my CHIRON opp. It isn't pretty. I think you and I both know what's been "sacrificed" here. quote:

It actually has a very 9H/Sag energy to it, based on the above. "The big picture", "questioning", "spirit of discovery". Bringing to light new perspectives for others and self. Strikes me as the philosophical centaur, minus the carefree and optimistic attitude. At the high point of my chart, it's something I can't really ignore, but it's still an elusive bit of rock. I'd say SAG/AQU, as it's also about scientific disobey and breaking things down for analysis. This being conjunct my EROS makes a LOT of sense. I have had to go through an incredible transformation. Interesting that his and my cMARS is also conjunct my nQUAOAR, while his nMARS is 3° -- possibly widely conjunct. He certainly has a natural scientific approach; not to mention it's being opposite his nEROS, also 3°, but a little closer to 2°50. Also conjunct his LILITH, opposite his MOON, and antiscion his ATROPOS. Fairly active, QUAOAR. IP: Logged |
