His Swindle and Nemesis are exactly conjunct my Venus. ( within a degree).
All the three are in retrograde.
What does this mean?

From my side,
my swindle conjuncts his chiron and eros ( 2-3 degr).
and my nemesis conjuncts his jupiter and saturn (2 degr).
Do these aspects balance it out between us?
