and the other one is a hypothetical planet, so noone knows if it really exists (as noone has ever observed it) and its position is an "educated guess".

Some people swear these hypothetical planets work perfectly. I highly doubt it.
Or let`s put it another way, I rather work with the existing planets and asteroids.

Also it is 42 Isis that goes with 1923 Osiris, as both are asteroids.

EDIT:
sorry, seems I was wrong. SEems they actually sighted Transpluto, though I would need to read up more and more reliable resources on that.
