Solidarity's name comes from the solidarity the world showed with the U.S. following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Astrologically, Solidarity indicates pretty much what its name suggests: solidarity: sticking together, standing united, circling the wagons, banding together, uniting, unionizing.

Mahatma Gandhi had Solidarity in the seventh conjunct Jupiter, and also square the Nodes, quincunx the Sun and trine the Part of Fortune. He commanded no soldiers; he owned very little and led a very simple lifestyle. Yet he united India, perhaps the world's most complicated nation, on many issues and helped guide it to independence from Britain on moral authority and willpower alone.

Ronald Reagan, a conservative icon, has Solidarity in the third house, conjunct Pallas, trine Jupiter, Neptune and the South Node, and sextile the East Point. Many of those on the Right who adore him are willing to overlook his divorce and remarriage, less-than-satisfactory family life, indifferent churchgoing, lack of wartime combat experience, and illogical fiscal policies as president, not to mention his use of astrology.

Queen Elizabeth II has Solidarity in the fourth house square the Vertex and sextile Mercury. She holds her position, which harks back to an earlier period of human history, almost entirely by virtue of birth, yet has fulfilled it more than competently and serves as a potent unifying symbol for her people.

Hitler had Solidarity out of bounds in the eighth house, widely conjunct his Neptune-Pluto conjunction in Gemini and semisquare Mercury. He united Germany, and then united it against him, along with the rest of the world, due to his towering wickedness.

Timothy McVeigh had Solidarity in the twelfth house conjunct Sphinx, opposite Skepticus, square Pallas and quindecile Neptune. The world became united against him, also, as an ice-hearted ruthless political fanatic and mass murderer.

Now I have Solidarity conjunct my ASC con Neptune & Uranus.

To me, I feel Solidarity means bringing together all the spheres of my life. Maybe uniting the different groups of people I hold dear. Yes, I think that's how it works for me. Knowing that everyone I know gets along well with each other. In fact, to think of it, it's always been a dream of mine to see every person I've known in a room together celebrating me someday. Maybe that dream signifies solidarity to me

Look for Solidarity in your chart & give me some experiences, people! I will be very happy to hear!

I wonder, could this asteroid work the same way as Saturn in synastry charts?

Isn't Saturn more of a restrictive force? This could be more supportive in a good way, I feel
What do you think?

Yes good point it definitely seems like it would be more supportive
.could it be possible if a couple had no saturn aspects but strong aspects with Soildarity, would it give them the neccessary glue they need to have a long-term relation?

Do you feel like you are a stable person? I would see this asteroid as being that, perhaps.

Yes Ami, very much, atleast in terms of responsibilities I am. I've always been looked at as a very stable person by everyone including my family, inspite of being the youngest.

WOW. Regulus is the royal star, you should read up on it since you have your Sun conjunct it Read this as it explains about Regulus..

As for Solidarity being conjunct your Sun, do you relate to the key words I've listed on top?

Do you stay rooted and calm when there's chaos, physical or emotional violence around? Or perhaps you may try to bring people together in times of chaos? That seems like a very simple explanation of it to me.

Well I'm kind of a scatterbrain, so I can see how the Mars conjunction Chaos would work. But I guess you could say that when sh*t hits the fan, I'm surprisingly levelheaded. Though I won't step in to mediate the situation unless I think there's something particular that needs to be done or said that others fail to realize.
