When I was about 2 years old, I jumped into a swimmingpool and drowned. My Dad was searching for me but couldn`t find me; but coincidentally I was suddenly "placed" on his arm. We must have been quite close to each other under water, and well, it was okay, I was spiting a bit of water, gave my mom a real fright (she had to witness her own brother drown and die as a kid), and she insisted I would be learning to swim.

I was also born with the umbilical cord being slung around my throat and could easily have been suffocated during the birthing, but luckily I had raised my shoulder a little bit, so that the cord couldn`t be pulled too close around my throat.

I`d say that qualifies as having been lucky.

I think many of us such as Ceridwen sense other forms we have had. In the quest to understand existence, it seems a good idea to share what we sense our experiences have been…despite how we fear it may “engage the ego” or challenge cherished religious or other concepts. I appreciate what Ceridwen has shared, here and there on this site, about her apparent non-human lifeline(s).

Asteroid Angel is exactly conjunct (i.e. <1 degree) Asteroid Devine, for me; and exactly trine Hygiea. It is opposite #4581 Asclepius (<2). I could interpret this literally, in a way, as corroboration of an apparent memory I once had, of being a being whose role it was to heal other beings (humans, perhaps?)…but who then had a moment of envy that he/she was not “in charge.” “I” was then seemingly granted my wish, and given a leadership role in the physical earth game...and that's what kicked off this round of earthly incarnations. (Indeed--be careful what you wish for.)

For now, such memories are quite personal to us...as any other memory. … But in the end, do we really know “who” we are, or what we are accessing? Do we have defined borders? Are we a defined mass, simply “reincarnating,” being poured into a new form, over and over? It may seem this way, for a time...but I think our sense of ourselves eventually expands, as we sense the larger energies we are a part of… “Soul” --> “Oversoul” --> ? ...Our memories and experiences become part of the shared mind of “God” that we all, on some level, ultimately have access to.

In the vein of Ceridwen's story, I can relate but in my case I would put myself in harm's way (dumb and bad decisions, youth, stupidity...etc) but then through it all, come out unscathed. It's nothing I feel great about though. I see it as maybe a connection to God, I agree that we all have access to God, my relationship is very personal, not much verbally expressed except in prayers. Maybe people can see spirituality in me when I first meet them, not always though.

Anyway, that's what I would think. I don't think I am right, still have much studying to do. If you asked me about memories of previous forms, I would not know where to start as I'm still learning about myself. I always keep an open mind though. (If I did not answer your question right, let me know)

But sometimes it feels strange, having a body, which makes me think that I must have spent some time in spiritual form.

Anyway, Lazyscarecrow,
I can relate to your story.
Once a boy was threatening my brother with a knife (well my brother had insulted him before, but still). Anyway I flatly informed him that he would hand me his knife instantly, and when he hesitated, I took it at the blade, pulled it out of his hands, apologized on the behalf of my brother for the insult, explaining that my brother was having Down syndrom, and handed the knife back to the boy.

I never even THOUGHT for a moment about what to do. I just did what I did, and it could have gone horribly wrong, but the boy was so shocked, he turned on his heel and ran away.

Well, I have LUCIFER conjunct asteroid ACTOR, Part of Marriage, Eros/Psyche-mp and being part of a GT with Venus/Isis/Osiris and Hekate/Lilith (Rudra).
