I have a thread with the Asteroid Ephemeris. You can look for it. It is How to Find your Asteroids the Easy Way.
Or else, Google the subject and you can find it!

Go to astro.com create a account then refer to our masterlist of asteroids by there theme on page three.

True, but the asteroid ephemeris will show you YOURS in your own chart as a print out kind of thing

@ groundfaery an asteroid being retrograde i think doesn't matter at all.
