What could this aspect mean between two people?

For example, Chiron conjunct Ceres in Leo. Would this make the Ceres person want to very much focus on, and baby the Chiron person, because the Chiron person perhaps needs more of a maternal sense of affection and love in the relationship?

I'm not sure about the hard aspects yet, but for something like the conjunction I can see it going both ways. The Chiron person feels like the way the Ceres person, especially in a heterosexual relationship, nurtures them romantically or gives them attention helps them with their spiritual healing process. It boosts the ego. But when things go sour they go sour. I can imagine the Chiron person making the Ceres woman feel almost inadequate of her abilities to nurture, be maternal, be 'feminine'... and Ceres is very hurt by it, since she tries. I picture an assertive, yang-energied woman trying to wear a frilly pink dress and the man frowning in distaste since it just seems 'wrong'; or the woman looking great in the dress but secretly resenting that she can't be more assertive, dominant, etc. because he likes his women to really be girly.

What do you guys think? I actually have this with a guy I like so I'm curious to hear feedback. I feel this combo is very important in relationships, especially heterosexual ones, in determining if the woman can suit the man's instinctive needs to be nurtured and healed by his woman's touch. Some men are just big babies, lol.... so it's more important for some than others. ;')

heyy...!
ok since there are two threads on this, just chose this one at random

Well in my case, we dont have ceres-chiron in synastry, only a minor aspect ( Septile between my ceres and his chiron).

But, we have the Ceres-Chiron conjunction in the composite in the 8th house.

I do feel very nurtured by his touch and embraces and i know that this feeling is mutual between us (he loves caressing and being caressed)...sometimes just speaking over the phone makes me feel much better..yup he likes feminine woman, must be his taurus moon.

But i'm not sure what to attribute this to. Its because we have moon-venus both ways in synastry and in the composite, which itself indicates affectionate intimacy and nurturing..
Plus, i have natal Venus-Ceres conjunction in pisces in the 8th and he has a natal Sun-ceres conjunction in Virgo, and Eros-Chiron conjunct in the 5th. So individually we are pretty nurturing and/or healing too......

Chiron conj Ceres would be a very tender synastry aspect. My feeling is that you would get very, very close, fast. Then, something may happen to break you up, fast. This is my experience with Chiron in synastry, as well as my own personal experience with Chiron.

Other people may not agree but that is my 2 cents.

This is really cool. Thanks for sharing. I have very similar experiences with my love interest and chiron-ceres too. We both feel very comfortable hugging and caressing each other, just putting a hand on his arm makes me feel more at peace and holding hands is somehow very intimate [not in a mushy way].

Moon-Venus is really good to have in composite/synastry too. I also have Moon sextile Venus with my guy and it really does add affection to the partnership.

So synastry and composite are creating similar feelings.....my own doubt got cleared too!
Thankyou!

This is a great observation Ami! I agree this aspect and Chiron-Mars can really make the relationship have ups and downs suddenly. A sudden break but perhaps just as easily, a sudden reconciliation too? That is really what it's like with us. We can't really let go. He may seem like a bossy person to others [Leo Sun] especially at work but when it comes to me he seems to have a really tough time coming out and saying forceful and assertive things to me, which frustratingly enough has lead him to being a little sneaky in the past.

We did get close super fast. I think it actually freaked him out how it all happened so fast... it really took me by surprise too but I handled it better. He was very guarded and didn't seem open to love. I knocked down his walls by being a 'safe' person to him, according to my therapist. And I realized how right she was... and there's chiron-ceres for you I guess. Safe, sweet, comforting.

This is just a thought.. Of course with human nature nothing is set in stone...

My thinking is

Chiron would feel healing through Ceres nurturing..

If Ceres doesnt nurture then Chiron would feel wounded.

On the flip side

Ceres would have a need to nurture. (maybe if not badly aspected)

Great point Lioness. I feel that is totally true. In my instance I assume it would have more to do with romantic/sexual/psychological digging and exploring since it's 8th house matters and it's very hard for me... since I feel that he has SO much buried and hidden within and I just naturally pull it out to cleanse him of it, but this kind of catharsis can be hard on us both.

Interestingly enough he has Ceres square Saturn and square Chiron in his natal chart so maybe this is another reason why he would feel even more wounded if I did not provide psychological comfort and 'safety' to him, and also nurturing touches... I notice that sexually/romantically when he is frigid or distant or scared of whatever [he has anxiety about love] just me touching him on the arm or the chest seems to anchor him and bring him back to me and to reality, and makes him calmer.

Just to add my own opinion based on this current situation - no, if there are strong Saturn aspects in the composite and/or synastry than the break-up could happen suddenly from the Chiron aspects to sexual/emotional planets, but the Saturn will somehow draw these two back together or make them feel guiltier for parting. That is how it is for me and Mr. Leo.
