If placed in the first house of the composite chart (but not aspected) what is the meaning of these two asteroids then?

Thank you

HI TWIN!!
I would think that it would show, or be very obvious to others that you were meant to be together or there is something that you were meant to come together to do!
It would become a union that had a purpose, and others would be able to see this about your union!

I just looked this up with the guy I am seeing (love looking up asteroids) his excalibur is conjunct my Venus (also ruler of my 7th house) in synastry by less than one degree. His Excalibur at gem 27.56 and my Venus is at 28.13. By the way his Excalibur would also be conjunct my vertex by 3 degrees.
Also - in the composite since our suns are opposite eachother natally - our composite sun can be interpreted as Scorpio or Taurus according to the chart. Excalibur is conjunct/opposite our composite sun then but that's by 3 degrees.

Oh and my sun moon midpoint is at gem/sag 27.22. I has so much going on in the tail end of Gemini.

I'm not sure yet! I feel a lot in common with him but the same time he's kind of puzzling bc aqua is my blind spot (his aqua sun opposite my Leo sun)

I have a natal tsquare and his sun actually fills in the empty part (opposite the apex of tsquare) so that in general is just new

Despite all that - I can definitely see similarities in our attitudes towards things but it's hard to decipher what is because our moons trine or what's because our venuses trine eachothers'

I've only been talking to him for just about a month now so it's hard for me to say if we re both passionate about the same things. I'd say we both are pretty caught up with work which is either a mutual passion or why I don't know more yet :/

I checked Excalibur in my exbfs charts because the first I read about it was your post but nothing showed up as juicy!

Soma is another i love... shows two energies coming together...very spritual and karmic

2815 Soma (Vedic):
Soma Skanda is the result of the union of two potent opposite forces (yin and yang) giving rebirth to the aspirant as an evolved being. This is best described in mythology as the union of Shiva and Parvati resulting in the birth of Soma Skanda and hence results in immortality.
****************************************
According to Hinduism, every part of the cosmos is seen as an action of a god. Time is the endless repetition of the same long cycle where gods, demons and heroes repeat their mythological actions. In Hindu mythology, Soma represents the god of the Moon. He rides through the sky in a chariot drawn by white horses. Soma was also the name of the elixir of immortality that only the gods can drink. The Moon was thought to be the storehouse of the elixir.
****************************************
The moon, born from the eyes of Atri, son of Brahma; made the sovereign of plants and planets.
Soma ran away with Tara (Star), wife of Vrihaspata, preceptor of the gods, and Buddha was their offspring. (Hindu mythology.)
To drink the Soma. To become immortal. In the Vedic hymns the Soma is the moon-plant, the juice of which confers immortality, and exhilarates even the gods.
It is said to be brought down from heaven by a falcon.
****************************************
Yoga treatises on meditation suggest that the true soma, or elixir of life, is the union of the twin currents of kundalini energy in the human body, culminating in higher consciousness. Some Hindus believe in kundalini as a latent energy situated at the base of the spine that is activated in normal life in sexual activity, but which may also be drawn upward in subtle channels of the spine to a center in the head, illuminating the consciousness with mystical awareness. The goal of some forms of yoga practice is often referred to as the union of the sun and moon, the fiery and cool kundalini currents in the spinal column. At the junction of these currents, the blissful condition is described as "drinking the soma juice," and the energy flow as "amaravaruni" (wine drinking).
****************************************
Soma inspires higher consciousness and mystical experiences.
****************************************
Soma is an ancient word, going back to the dawn of time. It is used in the Vedas, the sacred chants of what is now called India, to refer to the way that meditation wakes up the senses. Soma refers to the magic of life that is there in a breath, if we really savor it - not just as a metaphor, but as pointing to a quality of prana that is available everwhere.
****************************************
In ancient Indian religion, an unidentified plant, the juice of which was an offering of the Vedic sacrifices. Its stalks were pressed, and its juice, filtered through wool, was mixed with water and milk. After being offered as a libation to the gods, the remainder of the soma was consumed by the priests and the sacrificer. It was highly valued for its exhilarating, probably hallucinogenic, effect. The plant was believed to have been delivered to the earth from heaven by an eagle. The personified deity Soma was the master of plants, healer of disease, and bestower of riches.

Soma is conjunct my AC. In my first - less than one degree away so this will definitely be interesting for me to explore! I knew Psyche was conjunct my AC so I'm surprised I never found this - its 4 minutes closer than psyche!

Pluto (chart ruler) is at Scorpio 9.50 in twelfth
AC Scorpio 12.31
Soma Scorpio 13.12
Psyche Scorpio 13.16

Do you look at soma for anything other than conjunctions in synastry? What orb max do you usually use?

I just took a quick look at it with my aqua and my soma squares his sun and his trines my sun.

My soma/my north node/and his Saturn form
A grand water trine. (well I can tell this bc his psyche is conjunct my NN)

Honestly, it seems to me if an asteroid is meaning to you your going to see it relatively tight, i like to see 0-3 sometimes 4, but its loose? An opposition or conjunction in your chart...
if your looking at an asteroid that is meaningful to your partners chart in your chart or a composite you can include the trine, sextile, and squares and give 0-5 degrees because your looking to see how you two fit into their life lessons, and the things meaningful to them...its not necessary to be as tight as it would be in a personal chart. The composite again is blending how your energies come together. So you can include the other aspect but the tighter and opposed/conjunctions are going to show whats more important for you together.

Cool, my Angel-guy's Excalibur is conjunct my Moon (1'30) along with his DNA (exact). Cool.

Angel-guy, because his Angel's exactly on my ASC and a DW conjunctions between name asteroids & Angel in each other charts. His Venus also conjunct my SN. That's a pitty we're only friends, right? With that Eros-Psyche conjunction too.

Well, you won't regret it, i promise!

Wow, my Soma is exactly conjunct my ASC! And along with that, my past lifeline's last name! And that makes my Angel-guy's Angel exactly conjunct all that too! :O

BTW, Destinn is very slowly moving asteroid, right? I have a bunch of people, whose Destinn is conjunct my NN. A coincidence or not, but exactly people of this age (around my own), have the most impact in my life!

I would definitely look at the Sabian Symbols for these places, like Excalibur and Karma.

I personally love Blain Bovee because he gives an explanation of the symbols, its much deeper meanings than you might have originally thought by just looking them up briefly.

Ive also looked at my exact opposite point to Saturn for another very Karmic point in a chart, and when someone hits that place in synastry its very meaningful, iQ says saturn exact opposite is your karmic freedom point, it opens you up to learning how to release your negative karma.
