I have read the nessus and dejanira story and I was wondering how exactly it plays out in a relationship between two people who have a hard aspect between those two in synastry?

Is the nessus person ,the one obsessed who wants to possess the dejanira person. Does the dejanira person somehow uses the nessus person to reach some goal? Does the situation then backfires for the nessus person?

From what I've read, it feels like it would be one of those aspect where one (nessus person) is so head over heels in love to the point of obsession and that there is no one else than the dejanira person for them, while the dejanira person feels uncomfortable by the obsessive, possessive tendencies of the nessus person.

Would it play out differently if it's the woman's nessus and he guy's dejanira?

Hmmm
Good question. I think the asteroids trump gender, as do the planets, actually. You have to get behind each asteroid and see who it would play out.

Gender would not be the prime factor. The energy of the asteroid would. So, with Nessus/Deja, the traditional roles of men and woman could switch, as would be the case when the woman is the Mars conj the Man's Venus imho

My on and off relationship which last in two year, ended 2009,,,

His moon conj dejanira conj my N psyche conj N destinn
His moon conj dejanira trine my N moon conj Nessus
His nessus conj my N moon conj Nessus.

What can I say about that relationship!
--The best sex ever...= We also had his N eros conj N algol conj my first Name
--Strong tension
--Strong love
--We couldn't be with each other and we couldn't be without each other.
--No abuse
--Maybe the strong feelings and all break ups abused us. Love is not always easy.
--He is not my biggest love but he got my feelings strongest...
--We was a drama couple.

Thanks, this is really helpful.
It seems that nessus and dejanira in synastry is more about passion (even sometimes unhealthy passion) than abuse. It seems to be a sort of a venus-pluto aspect, except that it can have a huge effect on one's psychological make-up, and it certainly is a love that causes more torment somehow.
You had a trine of his dejanira to your nessus right? Did his nessus aspect your dejanira? If you don't mind me asking, did you feel like there was a certain imbalance in the strength of the feelings you had for each other?
I ask because the nessus dejanira myth very much emphasizes the fact that nessus was the one obsessed and in love, and pursuing dejanira, while she was merely "a victim". Yet it does seem to play out differently in synastry. So I'm wondering if there's any part to the myth that I missed and that actually points out that both nessus and dejanira are enthralled by each other, though in a different way.
