Im not sure if this is the place to discuss this but i belive its the most fitting placeWhat can you tell me about the fixed star sadalmelik? What would it mean if its conjunct ascendant? A big thanks for all who posts  IP: Logged |

Remember conjunctions to fixed stars are only valid 1 degrees and under. You were referring to its traditional name and not its modern name Alpha Aquii. http://www.constellationsofwords.com/stars/Sadalmelek.html IP: Logged |

I don't know anything personally, but googling gives the following link at least.
http://www.constellationsofwords.com/stars/Sadalmelek.html The Lucky One of the King? Bottom of the page seems to have a list of its conjunctions to the planets for quick descriptions, too. Vibe from those and go with the basic meanings of Ascendant to get some more clues? IP: Logged |

Ami Anne, thank you, although you and Randall did welcome me already those two or so weeks ago when I first joined. I've been (re-)reading a lot of old threads since then in between the few replies here and there.
