Have anyone of you recalled any past life memories of Viking times? Or anything else - from Norse theme? As transit Hypnos is still influencing my Moon, along with transit Memoria, i got one very vivid and very intense past life recall as a viking woman or something. I intentionally wanted to remember this - the time when my relationship with L. started. I didn't expect that kind of memory, indeed! ^^
I even got the name. Googled it, and it is Norse name. And then it makes sense with the time period i saw, and outlook i had. So what do i do when i have something like this? I go to my chart and astrology, lol. These are Norse theme asteroids: 3989 Odin 2155 Wodan 77 Frigga 76 Freia 894 Erda 1130 Skuld 167 Urda 949 Hel 4484 Sif 343 Ostara 4572 Brage 176 Iduna 4213 Njord 601 Nerthus 4862 Loke 4092 Tyr 3990 Heimdal 1260 Walhalla 256 Walpurga 1309 Hyperborea 3384 Daliya and i added asteroid of my supposed name as well. Here's what i got by 50% orbs: ok, i left only conjunctions/oppositions Chiron conjunct Odin Chiron conjunct Sif EXACT North Node conjunct Erda Vertex opposite Skuld Vertex conjunct Hel Odin opposite Erda Odin conjunct Sif Frigga conjunct Daliya EXACT !!! (also conjunct Atlantis) Skuld conjunct Pallas EXACT North Node conjunct Tyr EXACT Vertex conjunct Brage Daliya conjunct Heimdal Nerthus opposite Loki EXACT Hyperborea conjunct ASC (from 12th)
And it's even more shocking with my L.:
Mercury conjunct Wodan EXACT Mars opposite Urda EXACT Jupiter conjunct Daliya EXACT!!!! conjunct his Memoria EXACT, also! Neptune opposite Frigga Pluto opposite Wodan EXACT Chiron conjunct Frigga EXACT Venus conjunct Nerthus EXACT Jupiter opposite Njord South Node conjunct Heimdal Daliya opposite Njord Brage opposite Loki Brage opposite Heimdal Iduna conjunct Walhalla Loke conjunct Heimdal His Freia also conjuncts my Frigga-Daliya EXACT
Now i know i have to see that in connection with karma indicating asteroids.. Wow, i didn't suspect that!
I mean, i know, i have been attracted to old Norse theme, as for runes. I learned them very fast and they seem to work good for me when i use them in different purposes. Like - healing, getting energy, etc, etc.

Is North theme prominent in your chart? How did you find that? Were you drawn to it or found out just out of curiosity? IP: Logged |

Iduna of the golden apples 27'22 Leo conj my Sun, trine Chiron Wodan 29 Tau on Sun/Moon MP Tyr + Aasa 7 Vir, Venus 6'57 Vir 4894 Ask (first man in Norse mythology?) + Kaali 8 Vir Thora 5'30 Vir (+ Belisana), Urda 4'31 (drac ~9 Cap)NN 26'09 Sco + Sif 27'32 + Njord 28'20 (square Iduna-Sun) Ostara-Magion Antiscia with SN Nerthus 26'07 Can trine NN 4895 Embla (first woman?) 14 Pis Skuld 15'22 Sco Loke 15'05 Vir conj Mercury 16 (Tricksters unite?) Odin + Allodd conj Eros 13 Sco opp Freia Frigga 22-23 Aqu (+ Damocles) Vanadis 21-22 Cap Erda 14 Gem opp Valentine Walkure 9 Leo (+ Whiteknight, Tara, Ganesa, Odessa, Still, Ash, Astarte, etc.) Dr Walkure 13 Sag Hel 9 Ari (+ Gawain-Arthur), Antiscia Hekate-Cupido Neptune-Walburga-Hyperborea 9 Sag, Antiscia 20 Cap Brage 20'04 Can, Sigyn 21'59 Can Heimdal 28'29 Vir (Antiscia with Belenus + MC) I'm quite often attracted to 22-23 Aqu Sun men, whether for Frigga's sake or Rudra-Aphrodite trine it, Isis square it, draco Adonis falling there or something else. The Antiscia is square my ASC, but as said I don't yet know what it's all about.
Which of them were paired again? Thora and Sif, Wodan/Odin with Vanadis/Frigga/Freia, Ask and Embla, plus Loke and Sigyn - but how did it go with the others? IP: Logged |

Aargh forgetting to paste the text I cut out of the earlier first before cutting something else and losing it. I'm under the impression some Finns were known as some level of "wind magicians" back then, so there may or may not be ties through where I come from. The Novgorod Viking route would have applied more around here. Still no actual past life recall, that I know of. Suffice it to say, I hail from nearby regions or old ground and played on old Iron age or Viking era burial grounds most of my childhood. It's just a small local hill to most, even if in the last century the building on it was used in Christian circles for Sunday school and such, so something of holy ground vibes perhaps remained. I understand the hill is not properly excavated so it probably also is still a "graveyard" of some sorts, only a thousand years out of use. Nobody just thinks about it. I like to go visit whenever I'm back there, anyway. I also think I got to visit one of the old forest "forts" (where people used to retreat at the sight of sails back in the day) more often than most peers as a kid. It's post-Ice age regions and very old land to feel, at least if any of it is in the blood or bones or heritage. My lineage is traceable in the region to 1500-1600s so it's likely things go back further still when that's barely embarrassingly scraping the surface of time. If there's a theme, I've probably checked it to some extent. Know thyself may not be quite down to pat yet, but know your chart is under work if nothing else. Took me longer to find I had Iduna, too, but I knew about Odin-Eros opposite Freia from near the time I started with asteroids.

Awesome, Aeline. Very compelling, with so much activity while limited to conjunctions and oppositions....But isn't this just what we expect from our asteroids? Confirming what we already "know" at some level? For anyone interested in pasting these Norse asteroids for a search:
3989, 2155, 77, 76, 894, 1130, 167, 949, 4484, 343, 4572, 176, 4213, 601, 4862, 4092, 3990, 1260, 256,1309, 3384 Also this pair that Keela brought up--the "Adam and Eve" of Norse Mythology. I have no doubt you are tied to that land, Keela. 4894 Ask 4895 Embla and 299 Thora

I have Icelandic heritage, we think--if my mother's father is who we think he is. I have Odin conjunct Pluto and Wodan conjunct my Moon/Neptune. Lots of significant aspects in synastry too... interestingly I have always felt both attraction to and apprehension of the name Freia; just before looking into the asteroid I surmised it would be on my South Node... yep. Strange... I think I do have some memories but they're not clear.. IP: Logged |

Interesting topic! I have quite a few major aspects to planets, but only a handful of conjunctions. Wodan (another name for Odin) conj DESC (3) Sif and Hyperborea exactly conjunct Mercury Loke conj Uranus (2) Maybe I should do more research about their mythology, then write about it. IP: Logged | |
