Hello there. I have Eros at 9 degrees Aquarius and the Sun at 4 degrees Aquarius as well. Does that mean they're conjunct? If so, what does that imply?

Also, what does it mean when Eros is trine the Ascendant and trine the moon?

Thank you!!

Hi! I wouldn't say they are conjunct. 5 degrees for an asteroid is a really generous orb so the effects might not be felt so much...

I have Eros at Sagittarius 5 degrees conjunct Sun at Sagittarius 6 degrees.

I think Eros conjunct means that there's an awareness of and acceptance of your sexuality, since Eros is one of the "sexual" asteroids. Often it seems to indicate people who are very sexy, and/or whose minds are focused on sex and love. The Eros/Sun person is probably very sexually-charged.

The biggest problem I think an Eros/Sun person would have to face is that they might have a tendency to be selfish in their romances. It potentially indicates some desire to be worshiped sexually, since Eros is based on a more "selfish" love. They might be more interested in their own satisfaction than their partner's.

Eros/Sun people might have problems learning that love is a two-way street, especially when it comes to sex.

(This is mostly me writing off the top of my head, so if anyone who is more educated about Eros would care to chime in...?)

I agree with Aeline that 5 degrees isn't a particularly close conjunction, but perhaps you feel the effects a little. =)

Thanks for the responses!

I also have eros trine my ascendant and moon (which are both trine my sun), and it's sextile Uranus. So, any thoughts on that would be appreciated.

Also, speaking of asteroids. I noticed I have nessus opposite my sun, any thoughts?

In fact, if anyone would be so inclined to take a look at my chart and let me know if anything stands out, here's my info:

Also, I've noticed that someone I dated recently had Dejanira conjunct my DC. What would that mean?

If anyone is interested in looking at the synastry between my chart and his, please feel free!

My info is in the post above and his is:

1/9/81
6:42 AM
Torrance, CA

Thanks!!
