Topic: Juno and the type/time of marriage

Hi all 
I've recently read that Juno represents the type and time of marriage in women’s horoscopes. I just wondered how you would interpret this from the natal chart? Is it transit related and if so what should one look out for please?

Hmmm...my Juno at 22 Virgo is conjunct the composite chart Pluto for me and my husband.We got engaged/married when transiting Pluto was conjunct his Saturn and my Venus (which, as you may have guessed, are conjunct!) So maybe, look for transits from the planet your Juno aspects most significantly in composite with the person you might marry? Hope that made sense. Amateur guess based on my experience. IP: Logged |

Hi Faith!
Thanks so much for that - so just to make sure I've understood correctly, my natal Juno is at 16 Sag which conjuncts Jupiter in the Composite chart of myself and my bf exactly. (Irony eh? Juno/Jupiter!) So the most likely time of an engagement/marriage for us would potentially be when Jupiter is transiting my natal Juno? Do you think it's purely conjunctions or might any other aspects produce the same effect? I suppose hard aspects are more likely to 'compel' an action one way or the other whilst softer aspects might put you in the right frame of mind or make you more receptive perhaps.We also have that Juno/Jupiter conjunction in our synastry interestingly enough. One to watch out for I think given the mythological relations between these two spouses! Plus we have my Juno conjunct his Venus so it seems to be very important to me but maybe not so much of a factor for him. IP: Logged |

Ha Ali that wouldn't be ideal!!  Was just going to ask if it works when Juno is transiting the aspecting planet too because perhaps that fosters the same atmosphere?? In which case you'd presumably notice something happening when Juno transits your Pluto/Mars?? I need to look up when Juno will transit my natal Jupiter.IP: Logged |

You're welcome but please don't mistake me for someone who knows much for real. I was just telling what happened with me. To apply that same scenario to your chart (assuming my example wasn't just a string of coincidences and that it actually has some value), I would look at how transiting Jupiter is affecting the synastry between you and your bf. Is transiting Jupiter currently doing anything with some key aspects between you two? Like, you said you have Juno-Jupiter in synastry and Juno-Venus, too. As you said, maybe t Jupiter forming a hard aspect with your Venus/his Jupiter might compel something to happen. Does your Venus aspect his Jupiter? quote:

We'll since I can't get a hold of my female friends that recently got in engaged, I'll have to use my male friend's chart. He had transiting juno opposite his Sun, transit Saturn exactly conjunct his natal Juno, transit pluto sextile his natal Juno, and transit Psyche conjunct his natal juno. During the overall planetary transit of Eros conjunct Juno when he became engaged. IP: Logged |

His progressions were Progressed Juno conjunct natal Juno exact. Natal Juno quintile Progressed Saturn exact, Natal Juno sextile progressed Uranus, Progressed Juno sextile natal Uranus, and Natal Eros opposite progressed Juno. IP: Logged |

No I've not posted the charts yet - might do in a mo perhaps just in case anyone has any eureka moments!  To be honest I have a 'feeling' that we're not destined for marriage. I've taken a look at the transits and neither Jupiter nor Juno seem to be doing anything remarkable to him right now this minute although soon Jupiter will be opposite his Venus and Juno is heading towards his natal Juno. It's been on my mind for a little while now and I'm guessing that's in no small way because Juno must have made a conjunction to my Venus not so very long ago (late Scorpio) hence my thoughts turning to it. This also means that only a short while ago (not entirely sure how fast Juno travels) Juno would have been conjunct his Venus in Sag and then his Sun (also in Sag) so perhaps this is why he's been talking of moving in and having a future together. He's been married and now divorced so this is his natural suspicion of skipping up the aisle for a second go I'd guess! ;D Anyway will see what pans out and if no bells are heard then so be it! Phew Ali so a hell of a lot of Juno action then!!! It's a bit of a given that he's tying the knot with all that 'marriage' energy flying around him! I hope the marriage is a happy one for both of them  But I think we're building up a picture that marriage for two people definitely involves a big Juno aspect to occur and nudge them in that particular direction! I have my Juno in Scorpio too, though in the 3rd house.
I think it might mean a secret marriage, or a very spiritual/passionate relationship that is private and secluded from the public, because of Scorpio... well for me thats how I feel it will be. Sorry, not so sure on what Juno on the Asc could mean though...
But if I had to take a wild guess, I'd say that you will be seen as naturally embodying the archetype/symbolism of Juno; others will see her qualities in how you present yourself to the world.

Weirdly enough my Juno is in Scorpio in my 7th house at 20° conjunct my Pluto . My husband is a Scorpio rising with his Pluto in the 12th right where my juno conjuncts it. Even weirder I met him 5 months before I was 20 and we actually moved into together literally weeks before my twentieth birthday . So is that just a weird coincidence or could there be some truth in it ???IP: Logged |

Unfortunately I've been having gut issues. I realized every time my husband was near me or spoke I would feel pain in my guts. My main support system has let me down a lot too. And they have been triggering my gut too. After what I've been through I have like a zero tolerance for toxic people. I've been getting support from unexpected people though. I read on FB too that this is not a time for action. I'm just staying in my home state. Being alone as much as possible. Pluto is finishing up my sun square too. Thanks I could use all the good vibes I can get. Tonight I'm burning my black candle to absorb negativity. I think I will bless it in clove oil.
