let's say,

if M1's juno falls into M2's 12th house, can it mean that M2 may be in love with M1's wife secretly?

I would say that you could not come to that conclusion on one asteroid, only. Also, asteroids really need to conjunct pivotal parts of the chart to matter imo

It is very much a possibility but you do have to assess the entire chart. Such a drastic event needs hard aspects of Saturn/Mars between the charts too.
