Now, I understand when we reach conclusions based upon our personal findings in our research for these asteroids.
I can't fathom this asteroid carrying this meaning for me. Firstly I just learned in my chart it's in an undecile with my Natal Pallas. Which interesting as she was the Muse for Shakespeare/ Bacon. I'm fascinated in my chart how it looks like no mistake. These are in 3rd/9th.

The strange reason my research landed me here was my 24th harmonic. I learned Moon is ruling my 24D. The Moon and Jupiter in 9th wuth a 10th Mercury. My P abilities were always with me but now I feel like I'm cooking with gasoline. These charts help me see things layed out and Pallas is always involved in my markings. I had no idea of Acacia with exception in a few alchemy sites I had previously seen this wood is sometimes ingested to become more attuned psychically.
I don't use such enhancements but it seems ppl do/have.

If your reading this and looking into Acacia,
the meaning is "point, thorn" in the etymology results. Though the OP had innocence correct as well. If it fits your chart than YES! My notes collected are: "
Secret love, true, pure,
or   "naivete"
Metaphysical: immortality of the soul,  psychic ability,  fidelity,  protection,  divine authority".

Anyone uncertain should examine the most prominent aspects cnj, opposition, a square maybe but an undecile can carry some meaning, particularly if you've this asteroid in 3rd, 9th, 10th or 11th. I feel this being "thorn" would be significant to anyone attached with hte Yeshua theology/religion.

An interesting asteroid!

I've found it sits right on top of my Mercury (which also conjuncts my Sun stellium) in the 8th house/Scorpio. My Mercury has a bunch of other asteroid conjunctions to it as well that give further flavour (Fanatica, Lilith, Union, Ixion, Requiem, and others).

As for Acacia, all the descriptors I've seen so far have an element of truth to them. My mental space and how I communicate with those I'm close to (8th house), but also mostly in general (as it conjuncts my Sun/Pluto/Venus). I know I give off a bit of a naive sort of vibe, especially when I was younger. I would even identify with it at times, even now that I'm in my 30s! I feel a sort of frustration and lack of understanding for the greater world around me and how it's supposed to operate.

Interestingly; I'm also autistic. My views of life have been very literal in learning, and a lot has been learning by mistakes. I'd say even the 'thorn in the side' aspect fits the bill, because while I deeply desire to have and come across as someone who is in control of themselves and able to function in life, it has been a struggle at many times.

I was also brought up in a very bubble-type of community/family that was quite religious. Yeshua based religion, though I never quite subscribed to it. I like the teachings and think the morals I picked up from it are pretty good. But damn if it didn't seem to stunt my experience with the rest of the world. I don't think I ever consciously understood it to be a 'kumbaya' type of world, but part of my nervous system might have.

That all being said, I've found that if at times where I find myself in some sort of trouble (esp with the law, though it's not often) I'm usually let go without any issue. Part of me thinks this is because I fit the 'white woman' appearance, the infantalization that comes built in as yt femmes are raised. I wouldn't say it worked within my family though - I was often demonized for **** I DIDN'T do. Blamed when I was innocent, that has seemed to be a theme in my early upbringing.

Fascinated by this discovery in my chart though, thank you for the thread!
