Hey Jessica,

Not sure if this helps. I don't have a sextile, but I have moon conjunct Lilith in the 12th house. I am (and always have been) drawn to the female mystery religions. This placement makes a lot of sense to me cause for me it reflects the trinity of the Goddess (the 3 fases of the moon).

Mine is cancer moon in 6H/4H lilith-aries. I'm so drawn to occult. My moon is my DSC ruler, does the sextile has anything to do with what kind of partners I attract?
