iQ, you had once wanted to start a discussion on releasing techniques. You had mentioned 4:

"1. Ho Oponopono/Forgiveness Techniques
2. Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping Method
3. Oversoul/Superconsciousness Release Technque
4. Karmic Release
New Age Gurus do tend to neglect Causal Body Release, Astrology, Soul Group Contracts and Past Life Debts. And many confuse the subconscious Mind with Superconscious Mind, even though both keep recording every lifeline's information."

Ok, let's discuss. This is truly fascinating and I'm sure there would be lots of people here who would like to know more and contribute too. It seems to me that all these techniques would free one of Karmic debts, so I am interested in finding out how 1 and 2 are distinguished from No 4. Karmic release, and what does 3 refer to.

I've found other posts of iQ's about Karmic debt which I'm going to paste here. So, we have much food for discusssion:-

To understand karmic debts is the first step towards personal freedom and assured evolution/ascension to Higher Realms [whether from Earth itself or in the next Incarnation]. And there is no better tool than Astrology for this.

Some Karma exists in our genes, inherited from our ancestors [Ancient Vedic Seers contend we are affected by 7 generations of Karmic Debts of our Ancestors].

Then, we have our own Life Streams. We do repay most of the debts prior to the next incarnation but the Mind Pattern of Guilt from negative actions of past life streams can [and unfortunately in majority of cases, does] create a new cycle of suffering. Plus our thoughts and actions, plus a reaction to others karmic actions, all of these keep us bound to waves of karmic debts that take shape during planetary transits [especially of Saturn or of transits to our Natal Saturn].

Our Causal Body [This is a Vedic Term, it may translate to OverSoul or Highest Self ] is the repository of unpaid karmic debts too, debts too powerful to be paid across one incarnation. It is said only when the Causal Body is clear of karmic debts, only then can Kundalini Energy safely rise from our Root Chakra to the Crown. Kundalini controlled by our Conscious Mind in our Crown is the passport to Immortality.

Gnostic Seers determined that there are Astral Parasites who provoke humanity to think negatively and keep us bound to Karmic Debt, so that they can keep consuming our Divine Light [which we get from our Spiritual Connection to the Infinite God of all Universes]. It is theorized that all orthodox religions are a devious invention of these Archons [and even other belief systems like Conventional New Age, worship of celebrities, addictions, promotion of greedy corporate families that attempt world control through negative media reports, electronic pollution etc] to make us give our personal energy away to them, through idol or icon worship.

According to Gnostics, Jesus tried to break this hypnotic spell of the Archon's chief diety [Demiurge or Samael] who tricked Moses into seeking his help in return for sacrifices involving blood [so many passages in the Old Testament are evidence of the strange practices imposed on the Hebrew survivors from Egypt].

Buddha tried the same through his 8 Fold Path [8 is the Number of Saturn, Buddha was born on a confluence of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, Planets beyond Saturn and hence Buddha wanted us to attain freedom from the influence of Saturn.]

Putting all of this together, your karmic debts are influenced by the interplay of so many actors. Through good actions and positive thoughts, you may have paid off most debts but this is precisely when the Astral Dark side will try to deceive through guilt, emotional blackmail and so on.
This is when you have to be at your strongest, and Know your Inner Immortal Spiritual Self. The Self that deserves to be free from karmic debts, free to be happy and positive and free to grow to Higher Levels. Free from all Astral and psychic parasites.

How you do this depends on your inner inspiration.
My humble suggestion is to combine the techniques of Jesus and Buddha. You cannot go wrong when attempting to emulate such Selfless Souls. Jesus focused on Forgiveness. Buddha on Balance and Non-Reactiveness to emotional provocation. Adding to this is of course continued positive service towards any cause you love. Further, positive visualizations for as many people you know will burn off tons of karma. Our thoughts are also things in some other dimension of existence. You can look at simple H'opono pono philosophy to forgive from a Higher Plane, forgive on behalf of all ancestors and all past lifelines etc.

Life will become instantly lighter and new solutions will come, the more you work on the forgiveness component. Last but not the least: Unconditional Forgiveness of your own Self in each and every incarnation. This paves the way for Self Appreciation and acceptance of a better and better life, free from karmic debts.

--------------------

We also have:=
Soul Contracts: If one is tired of the perfectly cushy 5th D life and wants the action of 3D Role Playing Game on Earth, one can create a Soul Contract for X-Incarnations with N Karmic Debts, and an exit plan from a "Walk-In" if things get too tough. We may have 13 Souls per Higher Self ready to Walk-In during distress.

Religious/Nationality/ET Race Karma: A controversial point. Humanity is said to have DNA from many species, if a particularly warlike species has huge collective debts, then even a few DNA codes from that race can download some of the collective debt when hard work has release tons of personal debt. Wise Souls must thus not stop with forgiving themselves and their direct ancestors, but must also forgive on behalf of all their genetic contributors.
Plenty of suffering in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh is due to collective karmic debts of the Muslim Invaders in the middle ages and the Aryan Invaders a few centuries earlier. Of course, the Brahmins and the Muslims would conveniently be in denial, and keep feeding the Archons Matrix lifeline after lifeline...

Past Life Oaths: These create huge obstacles to success. The lack of success can create negative reactions, depressed feelings and thus create new cycles of karma. Many who were Nuns in the past life never thought about reincarnation. In this lifeline, they cannot find love. They have to release these oaths through affirmations. They have to visualize leaving those oppressive orders in the past lifeline. And they will suddenly find love in a fresh Venus Transit as that obstacle has been removed.

Favors for Soul Group/Soul Cluster: One can take on some of their kids karmic debts in the present [whatever is permitted by their Higher Self]. Gurus regularly take their disciple's karmic debts. A famous Saint took on Emperor Akbar's karma to not have a child, and lost his own in his wife's miscarriage. Akbar got a son a year later, probably the same Soul went there.

Sacrificial Birth/Vindictive Birth:
If things are very difficult for loved ones, then one can be reborn as their child or grandchild and borrow a huge chunk of their karmic debts. So many times we can see the birth of a child suddenly changing the luck of struggling parents. The reverse is also possible. If a couple has enjoyed a lot of positivity and there is a bloke who they hurt in many past lifelines, he can be born to them and create many mishaps in their life. Finally, he will inherit their wealth upon their death and prosper. This unfortunately can lead to negative cycles unless all of them forgive each other.
The classical novel "Wuthering Heights" is all about such karmic debts destroying a family, only the villain was an adopted kid.

Interference Karma: If we help others without their or their Higher Self permission, and take away their lesson, we get a percentage of the karmic retribution which their lesson was to have brought them.
This karma becomes tremendous if we rush to save someone who turns out to be a robber or murderer in later life. The escape for this is to ask God to release all errors done unknowingly and to explicitly seek forgiveness of indirect karmas of helped people.

I'm interested, but is this going to feature asteroids specifically? Because otherwise it'd probably be better suited for moving to Universal codes or some other "more discussion focused" board here.

Hi Keela,

This topics seems to be user friendly to both. I was thinking more in terms of the asteroid Karma if one wanted to be specific. But the term Karma is very wide in its scope and tuches upon evolvement, healing, ascension, the soul's purpose, you name it. Since iQ is a moderator on this forum, I thought this might be the place for it. What do you think?

Let us discuss this for a few weeks, and then copy the content to Universal Codes as well. It makes sense to discuss release techniques when we are also discussing Asteroid Karma, Siva, Kaali, Samadhi, Hermes etc. The work is strongly inter-connected.
It is unwise for us to do tons of astrology research and then not release the Auric debris that holds our True Self back.

BTW, I am a huge fan of Ho'ponopono, even before "Mr Fire" Joe Vitale started promoting it. ETF is also very important, as is Awareness of one's True Immortal Self prior to doing any action. For aware action carries minimal to nil karmic debt.

The first thing that strikes me as being odd is that the very complex scenario of incurring karmic debt can be dealt with very simple release techniques. Karmic debt is, on the one hand, inescapable and mostly beyond one’s conscious control as it has so many contributory factors, i.e., driven by past lives, DNA, the actions of ancestors, even one’s race. Any attempts to counteract it by doing good to others may, in fact, lead to more debt as you could be preventing others for learning their Karmic lessons (absurd in my view). Given this scenario it seems that the remedies are absurdly simple - forgiveness chants, or tapping one’s body lightly with finger tips!!

So, let's look at what is being proposed by some of these techniques. I can look up Ho'opnopono and EFT and paste here, but I'm not sure what is meant by (3) Oversoul/ Superconsciousness Release Technique - IQ, is that what you are referring to as 'Awareness of one's True Immortal Self prior to doing any action'?

Ho'oponopono - background

Traditional Ho’oponopono is the ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness used to get rid of the stresses of anger, guilt, recriminations in families. In 1976, Morrnah Simeona, regarded as a healing priest or kahuna, adapted the practices for individuals to release unhappy, negative experiences in past Reincarnations, and to resolve and remove traumas from their 'memory banks'.

Later her former student, Ihaleakala Hew Len, co-authored a book with Joe Vitale called Zero Limits. The book brings the new idea that the main objective of hoʻoponopono is getting to "the state of Zero, where we would have zero limits. No memories. No identity." To reach this state one has to repeat constantly the mantra, "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you." It is based on taking responsibility for everyone's actions, not only for one's own. Conversely, because all consciousness is part of the whole, any error that a person clears in their own consciousness should be cleared for everyone.

Joe Vitale became well known for curing a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved. Essentially, he looked at the patient’s files and said, 'I'm sorry', 'I love you' over and over again.

Questions - How can one use this technique effectively to release past karma? - What should one be directing one's thoughts to? When forgiving people who have harmed you in this life, should one visualise them and ask for forgiveness? How long would one have to do it for? How do we know it is working?

The best Ho'oponopono book I have read thus far, though I am only beginning my studies is by E. Victoria Shook. (Just b/c its more in a Western context.)

Here's also a link - I would look at the ENTIRE site not just the ho'oponopono pages. http://www.ancienthuna.com/ho-oponopono.htm

Finally, as a sidebar, I would say it would be good to find a disciplined/structured practice to combine with this as it will settle the mind more and allow for greater depth. That is, grounding is important - many of these practices are esoteric/secret and though they are becoming mainstream/new age now, have strong kapu surrounding them.

There is one pooja-*** -ritual specially for this purpose. It is called Pradosha and is performed for Lord Shiva the destroyer. It helps to cancel any negative effects of karmas done in the past knowingly and also unknowingly. Ofcourse one has to also work in that direction in one's day to day life.

''Any attempts to counteract it by doing good to others may, in fact, lead to more debt as you could be preventing others for learning their Karmic lessons (absurd in my view). ''

Very absurd.

I think of it as this:

I have to help others in this life because I have been the one who was on the receiving end of getting help in my previous life and may be I have taken it for granted. The people who are benefitting from my help is actually benefitting from their karmic release, from their dharma resources. However I don't go about helping people for the sole selfish reason of my karmic release. It then beats the purpose of providing help expecting nothing in return.

There is a Taoist story of an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. "Such bad luck," they said sympathetically.

"Maybe," the farmer replied. The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. "How wonderful," the neighbors exclaimed.

"Maybe," replied the old man. The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune.

"Maybe," answered the farmer. The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son's leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out.

"Maybe," said the farmer.

For the more theoretical or esoteric:

In the seen, there is only the seen,
in the heard, there is only the heard,
in the sensed, there is only the sensed,
in the cognized, there is only the cognized.
Thus you should see that
indeed there is no thing here;
this, Bahiya, is how you should train yourself.
Since, Bahiya, there is for you
in the seen, only the seen,
in the heard, only the heard,
in the sensed, only the sensed,
in the cognized, only the cognized,
and you see that there is no thing here,
you will therefore see that
indeed there is no thing there.
As you see that there is no thing there,
you will see that
you are therefore located neither in the world of this,
nor in the world of that,
nor in any place
betwixt the two.
This alone is the end of suffering.” (ud. 1.10)

FROM: http://awakeningtoreality.blogspot.com/2008/01/ajahn-amaro-on-non-duality-and.html

Because I feel that this thread is actually a discussion about duality more than karma. I guess I would not necessarily pair karma with debt, because karma is not good or bad - g/b is the label we put on it. Karma is more an action/reaction or a set of causes and conditions.

The intensity of emotions felt during forgiveness visualizations is not a short cut method at all, especially when we are being Aware of our true Immortal Self while doing this. Hard work without using Mind or emotions is like using most dilute of acetic acid to neutralize the karmic debt of harsh alkali. But intense emotion filled forgiveness and penance with a Higher Mind acts like concentrated Nitric Acid, finishing off the alkali rapidly.

Those with limiting belief systems will never grasp this due to the sustained negative programming in our planet, and have no option but to incarnate for dozens of lifetimes to clear the piled up karmic debts.

Humanity as a species is conditioned to spend thousands of years looking for a key to open their prison, but the prison door was never locked in the first place. The thought of spending so much time assuming the door was locked is so unnerving to the Ego that it continues to search for a key to happily be in denial of its foolishness.
I would go further in saying that a majority of our species would force the warden to lock the prison door if they knew it was open for such a long time.

So funny! Very likely, or else those Brahmin priests with their plentiful poojas would be out of a job. I wonder how many of the supposedly ancient Vedic beliefs, e.g., we are affected by Karmic debt for 7 generations, were secreted in by priests trying to ensure their own livelihoods for 7 generations!

The release techniques seem to have several necessary conditions that would make them effective – the two main ones being right intention, which includes right emotion, and the right awareness or knowledge. In addition, a supportive technique is needed, which would help smooth over occasional dips in intention and awareness.

If one considers the knowledge aspect first – as this appears to form a necessary first condition - would an awareness based on intellectual understanding, however shaky, (since we are referring to non 3 D concepts) of our relationship with the universal soul and our immortality be sufficient? Ideally, one would hope for some experience of insight, if not full blown enlightenment, to foster this awareness, but most people would need to rely on being intellectually aware.

The second condition, that of right intention and intensity of emotions can vary considerably. If I were trying to forgive people I know in this life time, I have something to focus upon. I can monitor the change in my attitudes and emotions, use images for visualisation, have specific challenges to deal with. When trying to forgive myself and others from past life times, the process becomes much more ephemeral. There are no images, no experiences, no issues. In fact, one’s intention and heartfelt prayers would be the only tools, so greater reliance on a ritualised visualisation or technique would be necessary.

Since releasing techniques are an act of faith, how would one monitor or know if they're being effective? Are there people who have reported on their practice and changes that occurred in their lives? Let's consider relationships - many relationships with people or one's soulmate have a history of karmic debts to be paid off. If the release technique is effective, how would that manifest in current relationships?

Very good points mentioned AK.
Objective measurement of subjective methods is the Holy Grail of Para Psychology.

Synchronicity is one good clue, which needs honest appraisal and introspection though.

Lets say you have not been able to talk to a friend or relative for months or even years.

And you perform release work of any technique with as much emotional intensity you can muster up in your visualizations. Tears are an example, even when they occur in the visualization.

A few days later, you may get a phone call or email or even a surprise visit from this person, and you will not sense the same acrimony. Sometimes, if there be an irritating neighbor, he or she will move, and without any acrimonious parting words.

Someone who owes an unpaid loan may suddenly appear and pay it.

Let me share a worldly karmic debt release story.
One of my Gemini colleagues is crazy about real estate deals. But the man hardly makes a few quid extra on this, yet he runs around as if his commission is a thousand pounds per deal. I have seen him do this for many years, then I pointed him to put this effort on his ancestral city, because I guessed that is where the karmic debts will work in his favor. He made a little progress in two years, but still not great. He is a Muslim, I cannot teach him Mind Power techniques, he will run away from me. Then he got hit by a harsh transit. Severe infection, he could not show himself outside from embarrassment. This is painful for a Gemini with about 500 friends!
All employees had to goad him to come to work. After a month of suffering, he heals. And when he visits his ancestral trust, the chief trustee, out of the blue, bequeaths 50% of a property to him for his excellence in creating friendships in that locality. He made something like 30K pounds over night and can now marry of his daughter Indian style with all the gold and hoopla [much to my chagrin, after all the talks about changing the system by going for weddings without dowry, hype, wastage etc
but people in India have invisible ear plugs when I speak on such topics]

Karmic Release -> Karmic Reward unblocked.

This was the hard way, why not try the more pleasant way. When was the last time we made a mental list of every person we know, and visualize something awesomely happy occurring in their life, feeling joy FOR them as if this did occur and expressing gratitude to God for this happiness in their life as if it occurred? This is positive "Anchoring" for others, and creates good karma for us from the 5th D, and helps wipe out more past 3D karma.

I would love to understand the maths and physics of all such karmic balancing acts but for now, the only principles are: If the shoe fits wear it, if it ain't broken don't fix it. This system has been working satisfactorily well for me and a vast majority of contacts [except Knowflake Lexx. None of these release techniques worked in her case. ].

Plus it is free
Visualizations are not charged and not taxed with VAT.

No harm in trying for a few weeks by sparing a few minutes each day.

See, if we do not do this, in any case, every harsh Saturn aspect will takes its toll in helping us pay our debts.

Great to hear of these examples iQ. They motivate and strengthen one's resolve to use release techniques. In fact, recounting people's positive experiences could be the subject of a great book.

The reason I asked "how do we know we've released successfully?" is that I did use an adapated version of Buddhist tonglen to release a past relationship. I judged that I had done this effectively by monitoring my own emotions - I began to feel neutral or rather my feelings were somewhere between general good will and boredom, and hence I would have expected to have been healed in the process. Nearly a decade later, I was told repeatedly by psychics that I had not recovered from past wounds. How tiresome!

So, how do we do it? I can imagine 3 different scenarios which one might want to address:

(1) To clean or heal relationships with a variety of people who press our buttons - a neighbour, work colleagues, family etc. You have mentioned 'positive anchoring' which could be used for this purpose.
(2) To de-link with or forgive someone who had caused us pain in a personal relationship.
(3) Clear past life karma - we may even have a notion of some of these through reading draconic charts. This seems a vast area if one considers Karma related to all the different spheres mentioned above.

Would some techniques be better suited for one type or the other, e.g., EFT more suited to clear Type 2?

Ho'oponopono
On that very good website that imeanj posted earlier, a release technique has been described which may be based upon tradtional practices:

"The Process of Ho'oponopono:
1. Bring to mind anyone with whom you do not feel total alignment or support, etc.
2. In your mind's eye, construct a small stage below you
3. Imagine an infinite source of love and healing flowing from a source above the top of your head (from your Higher Self), and open up the top of your head, and let the source of love and healing flow down inside your body, fill up the body, and overflow out your heart to heal up the person on the stage. Be sure it is all right for you to heal the person and that they accept the healing.
4. When the healing is complete, have a discussion with the person and forgive them, and have them forgive you.
5. Next, let go of the person, and see them floating away. As they do, cut the aka cord that connects the two of you (if appropriate). If you are healing in a current primary relationship, then assimilate the person inside you.
6. Do this with every person in your life with whom you are incomplete, or not aligned.
The final test is, can you see the person or think of them without feeling any negative emotions. If you do feel negative emotions when you do, then do the process again."

Some good links:
www.ho-oponopono.org, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybtW2VrmwJs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3JfvyabyRI, this one combines EFT Release Technique as well

These seems to follow a similar sequence to many healing protocols/visualisations - asking for permission, grounding/protection, opening up chakras and/or inviting higher self energies, directing positive energies towards the person/s being healed and finally protection and closing. In the release technique version there seems to be an additional element of asking for forgiveness.

Incidentally, asking for forgiveness presupposes an awareness of our relationship with the universal soul or higher self - forgiving one who has harmed us only makes sense only if one is asking for forgiveness from the standpoint of the higher self. It makes sense for the universal soul/higher self to express unconditional sympathy and love for both that person and our individual selves.

@AK - I've been traveling - so I've written a couple of times on my iphone, only to have it be deleted, sorry! Also note, I'm only writing the following because you brought up tonglen and personal practice/experience.

If one has started along the Buddhist path, especially the Tibetan Buddhist path - there are quite a few specific practices that work with karma as well as many of the things you are speaking about.

Though I feel that these practices (mentioned in this thread) definitely inform one another, there is a danger in today's world to become too spirituality materialistic and shop for whatever one feels is suited for oneself. I am by no means saying that you or anyone else here is doing so, but I am suggesting that too many practices or traditions before one has been fully immersed or mastered one, can make one's head spin and also defeat the purpose.

Some of these practices are quite esoteric and require initiation as well as a guru, because they belong to a bigger whole. This is for good reason, because even if done properly they can make one insane (even with a guru.)

These comments are multifold - but in this conversation I feel that it relates for the following reasons: at first, one is to look outside oneself (guru/higher self/nature/etc), but eventually the source is within. Two, it strikes me that if one does not have a good example of guru, then one is unable to find the source within (or more technically - atop one's head.) This is also why I feel that this thread is actually a dualistic issue of good/bad, other/self, lower/higher, inside/outside and also why we are speaking about the existence of doors and locks.

Final comment, I also feel that there is a huge separation here, the way that this is being discussed - between prajna and upaya and therein lies part of the problem.

Hug for now. Will check in later.

This mode of philosophical inquiry about techniques from a range of religions and spiritual backgrounds may offend you, if you see it as a search for a quick-fix, a kind of spiritual tourism. But is it just that - an inquiry and a discussion that helps to exchange and articulate ideas, examine practices and get a bird's eye view which may lead one to practice at an in depth level.

By the very nature of this discussion, one hopes to become acquainted with salient features of different techniques at an introductory level - that is a valid and a first step exercise. The fact that we question and examine does not preclude a deeper and thorough practice on my or on anyone's part.

I am personally averse to the notion of gurudom and following the dictates of a guru - been there and done that, and now very much prefer to be self-reliant (hopefully higher self-reliant). There are as many paths as there are people, and in this very complex, multi-layered word of man, god and demon, I am certain that entrusting my mind to a guru, whose practices I can only partially comprehend, is not the path for me. In fact, my mind and my critical faculties is all I can and wish to rely upon.

What is enjoyable about philosophical inquiry is that it’s free to examine all beliefs - ancient, sacred and revered beliefs and modern ones that are less so. I fully assert my right to be a spiritual tourist, if that is what it must be, although I hope not to offend anyone in the process. Philosophical and investigative discourse is essential, at the start and in tandem with any practice. I am, in fact, delighted to have this opportunity to learn through it.

And now back to release techniques.

@AK. Offending? Hardly. I am here more for you then I am for myself. It is more likely that the opposite happen, that I offend you first!

I feel that what we are looking for is most often right in front of us, but saying that is not helpful, because inherently there is a desire to continue searching. What I am trying to express is that it is right there and there is no need to go looking for it, as all of us already have it. That is, I am in agreement with IQ's analogy of the door/key.

By no means am I suggesting that it is bad to question, questioning is important. However, I feel that it would be useful (specifically, in your case) to lean in and work through it.

That is, for example, in regards to gurudom - why is it that you have such a hard time with it? Can you work thru this? Are you able to see that it is actually not for a guru but for yourself? Why do you see the guru as an external source? Why does guru to you automatically mean a person dictating what you are doing? What about your inner guru? etc etc etc.

Likewise, what I am suggesting here is more that the source* at the beginning is external, but as one progresses along the path at some point the source becomes internal instead of external. And that this transition is more important to focus (as the path) instead of looking for the next best thing (external).

That's all. In the end it is your prerogative so you will do as you want/must, but as someone who enjoys you and your presence, I am just contributing as you have solicited and from where I sit this is what I see.

*guru/nature/point of reference/substitute your choice of word

Yes, precisely, imeanj, that is what I mean. I have an internal guru, whom I trust more than an external one. This guru, or higher self, brings to me whatever I need - an idea, a book, a thought, a person, a discussion, a meditation. Nothing is excluded and there is journey involved. This too is part of that journey. So, we agree after all.

Aha! You used it in a way that was distinct from my meaning and then edited the post - I read that but now cannot quote you.

^ the quote you have there above, only has extra etc etc added?

I didn't use guru in the other paragraphs and I have not gone back and edited what I wrote before today. It still stands.

I specifically wrote about the guru atop one's head the day previously...

There were other things that I can't now recall. Never mind, methinks we just quibble over words, not meanings. I think, we've clarified what I now mean.
