I have a curious solar return chart for this year and thought some of you might like to take a look at it...

I've just recently started fiddling around with asteroids and was quite intrigued when I found that some of the great goddesses in the sky are teaming up for me this year: Venus, Isis and Ishtar are conjunct my MC which happens to be conjunct Vesta natally. I feel quite popular with the girls :-)

I accidentally typed in the wrong number for Ishtar at some point and it came up with another asteroid, Cruithne. I'd never heard of this one and I probably wouldn't have given it much attention, if I hadn't found that it's also teaming up with the other goddesses – it's too far from the MC to count that as a conjunction by itself, but it's still conjunct Isis so it's part of the stellium.

- Google doesn't tell me all too much about Cruithne, but this is what I found:
appearantly it makes a peculiar orbit around the earth so some also call it the „second moon“

- Cruithne was the name of a Scottish tribe, appearantly the last one clinging to a matriarchal culture and passing on family names and ruling positions through women

-astrologer Lynn Koiner says Cruithne „brings an internal transformation through seeking one's roots and our rootedness to this planet“ (our planet earth, that is....).

Please note that this stellium is happening in opposition to my natal and solar return moon – I had a moon return at the same time of my solar return this year.

Some other things I found interesting about this year's solar return:
- Osiris returns to its natal position

- Zeus pays visit to my natal Neptune conjunct NN in 7. (which always makes me look for Gods rather than ordinary men, meh....)

- SR Asteroid Innanen is exactly conjunct my natal Lilith

- SR Juno opposite my natal Saturn

- SR Adonis conjunct natal Vertex

- SR Saturn conjunct my Part of Fortune (it's not marked out, but incidentally my Part of Marriage is at the same degree...)

- A peculiar double whammy IC – name asteroid (=Miriam) conjunction. My second Part of Marriage is natally conjunct with my natal name asteroid. (Mimi is the name asteroid for my nickname, btw)

astro.com only let's you add 10 extra heavenly bodies so let me just mention these:

- I have an exact DC-Siva (Shiva) conjunction natally, this year Return Kaali is conjunct that spot

- my natal Parvati is at 26 degr. Leo, Return Siva is at 27 degr. Leo

...I understand that Parvati and Kaali are two sides of the same mytholocial deity, no? Well if so, I guess you could say that this is also a double whammy...

Along with Leo-AC in natal 4TH, Return Pluto and Vertex in Return 5TH, Return Sun conjunct Return DC, Return Jupiter in Natal 1ST, well... I looked at the chart and thought „Blimey!“ - the universe could finally grant me a wish I've been harbouring for quite some time. Can you guess what it is?? ;-)
I'd rather not say, I'm interested as to what someone unbiased would read into these constellations....(I've probably given it away though, haha...)

To round up the picture – my Venus return occurred just a few weeks after my Solar return and this one also has some interesting constellations..

- the lunar return is repeated (I had the lunar return just a few hours before the Venus Rtn)

- Isis and Osiris conjunct my natal Sun
Juno conjunct natal MC (Opposite Natal/Return Moon)

- Moon is conjunct my name asteroid in Return 5TH

- return Mars conjunct the Pisces-AC
12TH house is, well.... let's say crowded – see for yourself...

I don't know what to make of that, the 12TH house remains a mystery to me...which is natural given its nature, I reckon. Seeing since the Venus Return throws light on the desire nature of the months to follow the return, I guess the desire to „merge“ with somebody could be quite dominant... this might seem odd given my Aquarian nature – but it goes quite well with my natal NN conjunct Neptune in 7.

I'd appreciate some opinions on this.... I'm not new to astrology but one does tend to apply wishful thinking to readings of one's own chart, no?
