Protect your own form and give yourself the love to be truthful with yourself. Live as the great mother of all existence and don't allow yourself to be led to betray your principles by refusing your help to those who ask for it. Help before you are asked to. Give before you are asked to. Give what you desire for yourself. Give what would satisfy you. Let this happen by the power of your attention and the power for your love for all life. Turn to what calls on you and what needs your help. And also turn to what you forgot inside yourself and what is waiting for your attention within.
