I can't really tellyou what the most important asteroids are, because I don't know what's important to you. If what you consider most important is love, I would say Juno, Eros, Psyche, Amor, Cupido, Lilith, Valentine, Lust, Adonis, Anteros, but also NN, Vertex and Pars Fortunae because those have to do with "fated" events. But still, these are generalisations because an aspect between a love asteroid and an asteroid that isn't related to love can be significant to a synastry or even a natal chart. For example, a square between Eros and Hygiea (health, well-being) can indicate health problems caused by sex. I can, however tell you the asteroids/astral points I choose to use. I use Ceres, Europa, Amor, Cupido, Vesta, Ixion, Nessus, Hygiea, Orcus, Juno, Vertex, Pars Fortunae, North Node, Eros, Psyche, Sisyphus, Hekate, Chiron, Moira and Pallas. The site I use for chartmaking is astro.com which only allows 10 asteroids and a few other celestial bodies from a specific list (Ceres, Juno, Vesta, Orcus, and others) but I want to find another site which allows more. I do plan on opening a thread on this subject, which can be helpful for you too. Like I said, many asteroids are important and it's best to use as many as possible in my opinion. About aspects... Well, I think the most important ones are those formed with main planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) but also AC, MC, the Nodes, Vertex and Pars Fortunae. However, aspects formed with any asteroid that is important to you become important as well. Anyway, minor aspects shouldn't be ignored, but if you feel that some do not reflect reality, than yes you can ignore them. Afterall, astrology is a reflection of reality, not reality a reflection of astrology. Sometimes the stars can be wrong too. IP: Logged |
