I would but we still don't have internet....today's first day Ive got internet on my phone, but its still to sketchy to rely on.
Weve had 3rd major tornado in 14years...n 2 have been the worst reported in history? Last huge one was may 3,1999....i cant remember exactly the time day but i think it was around 4:30/5ish...im sure it could be found on the internet.....if anyone wants to see what transits are similar?
What transits do you think might show when another is coming hopefully we have got our fair share n wont see any more!
My family has survived them but each time they get closer to my house....its terrible! I cant believe the path it took this time hit 3 of our schools....
This time its only a 2 blocks away from my home, everything's gone!
Why do we keep getting hit? Where is karma asteroid during this? Our first hit was 3:00 May 20, I know there's an asteroid Moore and Oklahoma....I've looked them up before....but I have no way to look at a chart right now....phone doesn't have the capacity to bring up the list of asteroids n number's.

Sorry about the hard times Gabby, thoughts are with you.
i'll just copy this link from Serennu for May 20th...

May 20,Moore OK

Karma was conjunt House 6 and opposite House 12...but that's about it(i only used a difference of at most 2%). However a lot of squares between the other asteroids and houses 3 and 9.
I wouldn't know what that means though.

Happy to hear that you are ok Gabby. Hope all survivors are reunited with the families by now.

In the current tragedy, Asteroid OKLAHOMA and STORM were both Rx and conjunct within 2 degrees. NEMESIS and MOORE were conjunct to 2 degrees and Sun conjunct RUDRA [Terrible Aspect of Shiva, associated with loud Storms].

Asteroid OKLAHOMA in 1999 May 3rd squares MOORE exact in 2013. This is bizarre.
Also, in 1999, MOORE, Saturn and RUDRA conjunct.

To know further, we need the date and time of the formation of Oklahoma and the Moore Town.

Thank Goodness you and your family are okay Gabby, but must be devastating to be seeing other people's loss everyday ;(

IQ, Infoplease says this about Oklahoma's founding

quote:
Set aside as Indian Territory in 1834, the region was divided into Indian Territory and Oklahoma Territory on May 2, 1890. The two were combined to make a new state, Oklahoma, on Nov. 16, 1907.

As for the City Moore, wikipedia and other sources say it was founded in 1889, without a specific date (but says their post office was founded in May 27)
don't know if that was of any help, but interesting about the Storm Asteroid!!

Thanks for the info!

Well, using 16 Nov 19097 clearly explains this current tragedy as Oklahoma's Uranus is 10 Capricorn, getting maximum stress from Tr Uranus and Pluto. Their Moon is also hit by Uranus as Moon is 12 Aries [using 9 AM as official start of the day for the new State].

The people who chose this day had Zero Knowledge of Astrology, as they chose a day with Mercury Retrograde and Neptune Rx conjunct North Node.

When I used May 2, 1890 date it was a different kind of tragic pattern: Neptune square STORM exact. A Fate to suffer storms because of the sea. Is it not the moist air from Gulf that feeds the Tornado?

Transit Neptune is squaring the Pluto of this day exact, and squaring Natal Neptune within 1 degree.

Transit Asteroid STORM is conjunct Natal KARMA of the 1890 date as well.

Checking May 3rd 1999:
----------------------
Using 1890 date we have
Tr Neptune quincunx STORM
Tr STORM square KARMA
Tr NESSUS conjunct OKLAHOMA
Tr CHIRON oppose Natal Neptune and square STORM.

Too many relevant stresses coincided to inspire this tragedy.

Does this mean Moore is not just a passing storm attractor its in Moore's make up to attract storms to it when the right transits manifest?

Once things settle down here some and I get internet back ill see what I need to find more on Moore's exact founding date and history...but wow, this city has taken a beating and im betting when I start looking deeper into our history its much worse than I know!

Thank you so much for looking at this...if its just part of this towns karma or life path....I guess I should move! It seems my home is seriously close to the path these storms follow....even weirder question is why this particular path down the center of thr city..
would this path be seen by dates the streets were founded or the buildings were bulit?

I looked on wikipedia and the city of moore website ( http://www.cityofmoore.com/history ), found two possible dates. Well, one's a year. May 27, 1889 is when the post office was established, but the incorporation of the city wasn't until 1893 (and the original name was apparently Verbeck, but some guy named Moore I think lived in a rail boxcar and painted his name so he could better get mail according to the sites. When the postmaster came, the name stuck.)

I don't know if that helps, but it's a start.

OK... I am unable to find a start date of when this town was officially incorporated, so I'm going to go with the settlement date of May 27th. Assuming noon, so I'm not going to consider Moon/Angles too much with this one.

Moore, OK if based on the May 27, 1889 date:
I'm going to go by the local web app I'm making for this. Anyhow...

North Node conjunct Sirius: This is very interesting, and bears watching. Sirius according to Constellation of Words:
"According to Ptolemy it is of the nature of Jupiter and Mars and, to Alvidas, of the Moon, Jupiter and Mars. It gives honor, renown, wealth, ardor, faithfulness, devotion, passion and resentment, and makes its natives custodians, curators and guardians. It also gives danger of dog bites, and two examples of this effect will be found under Procyon. [Robson*, p.208.]

Well connected, it promises fame, honors and riches. On the Ascendant and with Mars combined, Sirius can be quite dangerous, pushing ahead with too much ambition is then seen, resulting in dangers by injuries or attempts on the native's life. According to tradition, Sirius will give a famous death with honors beyond the grave, if positioned in the 8th house. In good aspect with Mars and Jupiter and close to the MC, promise is given of gaining extensive wealth, a lucky hand in commercial enterprise or matters of government. This star so placed is most excellent for military, lawyers and civil servants. Sirius in conjunction with the Sun and well placed in the chart will be found to be the case with numerous important and famous personalities. Possibly, the rise in station is made possible by protection from people of influence. [Fixed Stars and Their Interpretation, Elsbeth Ebertin, 1928, p.38.]

Regarded as a harbinger of fame. [Larousse Encyclopedia of Astrology]."

Harbinger of fame. I'd say so, although I wish the circumstances were better.

Kaali conjunct Algol - Major red flag to me. Algol, being very malefic, and Kaali amplifying anything it touches from my initial observation... oh yeah.

Also, it Squares 443 Photographica (23° Leo 25'27"). The images of destruction are horrific, no doubt.

Stellium:
-- Neptune (2° Gem 11'6")
-- 2629 Rudra (2° Gem 31'2")
-- Vesta (5° Gem 9'48")
-- Pluto (5° Gem 28'2")
-- Sun (6° Gem 34'19")

Quite a stellium there. Not sure of Neptune's discovery date, but there's no way Verbeck's residents (the original name of Moore) would have ever seen this. The sheer amount of Air Elemental here is also not lost on me. Gemini being a Mutable sign... well, I'm not sure what mutability would do here offhand so I'm going to continue.

How about 4543 Phoinix (11° Ari 36'59")? This should be relevant:
- Square
-- Chiron (9° Can 44'7")
-- True Node (12° Can 33'21")
- Trine
-- Ceres (10° Leo 27'37")
- Sextile
-- Mars (12° Gem 25'41")

Despite the continuous damage inflicted, Moore keeps coming back, correct?

Mars conjunct 2602 Moore (13° Gem 42'17"): Somehow this seems fitting. Wasn't there a fire in Moore's history as well?

12182 Storm (27° Gem 5'52")
- Conjunct
-- fixed star Polaris (27° Gem 0'7")
-- 1923 Osiris (28° Gem 26'5")
-- Mercury (29° Gem 0'44")
- Opposite
-- 1930 Lucifer (26° Sag 43'56" Rx)
- Square
-- 13688 Oklahoma (26° Vir 30'1")

Hell of a T-Square, but seems quite applicable in this case. Osiris was torn apart and put back together (mostly), so too is Moore. The opposition to Lucifer here I would say would be residents' pride in their community and defying the odds. Oklahoma, well it Tornado Alley so the danger will always be there...

This gets my attention a bit:
157 Dejanira (23° Vir 22'42")
- Conjunct
-- 3811 Karma (23° Vir 37'7")
-- Juno (23° Vir 47'52")

These kind of events put familial and social bonds at constant threat of victimization from the elements and fate... well, if you go with written fates. Which I don't.

13688 Oklahoma (26° Vir 30'1")
- T-Square
-- 2155 Wodan (25° Gem 25'20")
-- 12182 Storm (27° Gem 5'52")
-- 1930 Lucifer (26° Sag 43'56" Rx)

Pride in community and locale against the elements in a place prone to such events. Not always the best results but the potentiality of a strong community withstands the harsh events.

This is very interesting... Uranus (18° Lib 13'0" Rx)
- Conjunct
-- 6583 Destinn (17° Lib 11'14" Rx)
-- 1912 Anubis (19° Lib 30'42" Rx)
- Opposite
-- 1685 Toro (19° Ari 2'3")
- Sesquiquadrate
-- Neptune (2° Gem 11'6")
-- 2629 Rudra (2° Gem 31'2")
-- Vesta (5° Gem 9'48")
- Trine
-- Mars (12° Gem 25'41")

Defiance in the face of danger, and growing stronger from it? I'm up way late and need to work tomorrow, so forgive my speeding through the rest of this:

Pholus (28° Pis 36'48")
- Conjunct
-- fixed star Scheat (27° Pis 49'22")
- Square
-- 1923 Osiris (28° Gem 26'5")
-- Mercury (29° Gem 0'44")

If I'm not mistaken, there were drownings with at least this last storm. Scheat, effects are just like it's pronounced (kind of and in English)... Associated with drownings. Very tragic, I'd personally consider Scheat second-most-malefic behind Algol, but I need to do more research.

The Transits aspects to the Moore settling chart... I'll list what seems to be most relevant based on start time to the storm events here (based on May 20 2013 at 14:56 local time):

(Transit object - aspect - Foundation of Moore object):

As far as transits go: Uranus conjunct Pluto was in full swing and exact on this day. It most certainly was a day of upheaval.

Uranus (11° Ari 13'56") Conjunct 4543 Phoinix (11° Ari 36'59")
Uranus (11° Ari 13'56") Square Chiron (9° Can 44'7")
Uranus (11° Ari 13'56") Square True Node (12° Can 33'21")
Uranus (11° Ari 13'56") Square Jupiter (6° Cap 39'7" Rx)
Uranus (11° Ari 13'56") Trine Ceres (10° Leo 27'37")
Uranus (11° Ari 13'56") Trine Saturn (15° Leo 2'5")

From this tumultuous event comes rebirth, of this I'm sure. Reminder: North Node was conjunct Sirius in the settlement chart.

Mars (22° Tau 22'1") Square 443 Photographica (23° Leo 25'27")
Mars (22° Tau 22'1") Square 7066 Nessus (21° Aqu 29'47" Rx)
Mars (22° Tau 22'1") Semisquare 5352 Fujita (7° Ari 50'58")
Mars (22° Tau 22'1") Sesquiquadrate Jupiter (6° Cap 39'7" Rx)
Mars (22° Tau 22'1") Trine 157 Dejanira (23° Vir 22'42")
Mars (22° Tau 22'1") Trine 3811 Karma (23° Vir 37'7")
Mars (22° Tau 22'1") Trine Juno (23° Vir 47'52")

Quite a violent event, but the community, if I'm looking at this right, will recover with help and self-perseverance.

Sun (29° Tau 57'3") Conjunct Neptune (2° Gem 11'6")
Sun (29° Tau 57'3") Conjunct Pluto (5° Gem 28'2")
Sun (29° Tau 57'3") Conjunct Sun (6° Gem 34'19")
Sun (29° Tau 57'3") Square 42355 Typhon (29° Aqu 47'16" SRx)

Sun dangerously close to Alcyone when this happened. From Constallation of Words: "Pleiades with Sun: Throat ailments, chronic catarrh, blindness, bad eyes, injuries to the face, sickness, disgrace, evil disposition (used to be a term in astrology for homosexuality), murderer or murdered, imprisonment, death by pestilence, blows, stabs, shooting, beheading or shipwreck. If in 7th house, blindness, especially if Saturn or Mars be with Regulus. If with Mars and Venus the native will be a potent king obeyed by many people but subject to many infirmities. [Robson*, p183.]"

No major bodies were with Regulus, and Sun was in event beginning 9th house. Though this was an EF-5... I'd hate to think of this tornado being worse...

2629 Rudra (1° Gem 37'10") Conjunct Neptune (2° Gem 11'6")
2629 Rudra (1° Gem 37'10") Conjunct 2629 Rudra (2° Gem 31'2")

All but a Rudra return. We should check foundation charts of event areas and events themselves for other near-Rudra returns to correlate if severity of events is shown to be amplified around this time... does anyone know offhand the orbital period of Rudra?

Mercury (10° Gem 34'23") Conjunct Sun (6° Gem 34'19")
Mercury (10° Gem 34'23") Conjunct Mars (12° Gem 25'41")
Mercury (10° Gem 34'23") Square 8813 Leviathan (9° Vir 38'1")
Mercury (10° Gem 34'23") Semisquare 1260 Walhalla (25° Ari 52'31")
Mercury (10° Gem 34'23") Sextile 4543 Phoinix (11° Ari 36'59")
Mercury (10° Gem 34'23") Sextile 28978 Ixion (9° Leo 25'32")
Mercury (10° Gem 34'23") Sextile Ceres (10° Leo 27'37")
Mercury (10° Gem 34'23") Sextile Saturn (15° Leo 2'5")
Venus (13° Gem 45'43") Conjunct Mars (12° Gem 25'41")
Venus (13° Gem 45'43") Conjunct 2602 Moore (13° Gem 42'17")
Venus (13° Gem 45'43") Trine Uranus (18° Lib 13'0" Rx)
Venus (13° Gem 45'43") Sextile Saturn (15° Leo 2'5")
Venus (13° Gem 45'43") Quincunx 100 Hekate (12° Sco 55'52" Rx)

Hmm... not sure what to say offhand about this. ...I'm running out of time so I'm going to put the rest of what I have. Conclusions welcome.

M.C. (20° Gem 56'56") Conjunct Lilith (23° Gem 17'43")
M.C. (20° Gem 56'56") Trine Uranus (18° Lib 13'0" Rx)
M.C. (20° Gem 56'56") Trine 1912 Anubis (19° Lib 30'42" Rx)
M.C. (20° Gem 56'56") Trine 7066 Nessus (21° Aqu 29'47" Rx)
Jupiter (21° Gem 45'13") Conjunct Lilith (23° Gem 17'43")
Jupiter (21° Gem 45'13") Semisquare 99942 Apophis (7° Leo 48'56")

Jupiter (21° Gem 45'13") Trine 7066 Nessus (21° Aqu 29'47" Rx)

Note: The inclusion of Fujita? Fujita scale. I figured it was relevant.

Wow!! Thank you!! I almost hate to tell you i found a date for the Verbeck telgraph office opening. Theres some confusion if Verbeck was the founding of Moore, or just an extension of "Oklahoma" station.

City history notes that the community before the post office may have been called "Verbeck" by the railroad.
The Moore post office was established May 27, 1889 named for Al Moore, a Santa Fe Railway employee.
He was a "conductor or a brakeman, lived in a boxcar at the camp and had difficulty receiving his mail. He painted his name - "Moore" - on a board and nailed it on the boxcar. When a postmaster was appointed, he continued to call the settlement Moore. When the town incorporated in 1893 the name was legalized."

{{I found a book giving the date for Verbecks opening, if its Moores founding is up for opinions.
Heres the confusion, at that time what is now Oklahoma City and Moore was unassigned land.
Seymour was the name for the first post office and was located in what is now Oklahoma city. Verbeck was the name of a telegraph office located a few miles away but it was in an area that is now part of Moore, not Oklahoma city.}}

"When Oklahoma City Was Seymour and Verbeck" Chronicles of Oklahoma
by E.H. Kelley
pg.353
"When a telegraph office was opened at this
point on May 2,1887 it was given the name of Verbeck, and operated as such for one month."

Could this be, being seen as working to overcome, fighting to be alive, for life, breaking free from constraints that are trying to kill our spirit and destroy us through the pain its brought us?

Hmm... not sure what to say offhand about this. ...I'm running out of time so I'm going to put the rest of what I have. Conclusions welcome.

Storm, Osiris, Mercury are all on my Mars with Lucifer opposed?
Lucifer conjunct Galatic Center?
I wish i knew what exactly that could mean? I hope that isnt giving universal energy to Lucifer? Bring on the darkness!

Fujita being on my DC exact,
My friends Chiron is right there to!

Destin, Anubis and Uranus conjunct my Destin and Venus?
Abrupt change death and destiny...conjunct my destiny? Plus thats all in my 1st house!
His Psyche opposed Destin/Anubis/Uranus...

Odd, transit Osiris is exact conjunct my Osiris and my friends NN!

I dont remember a fire, but that doesnt mean it didnt happen, i moved away for awhile. I tried to look it up but everythings about the tornado and the fires it caused right now.

Yes, there were 7 children in the school that were trapped in the basement with a broken water line. Scheat can show that?

So, am i seeing this correctly, there is enough aspects to say that the town has a tendency towards this in its makeup? At least you cant rule it out by thinking it couldn't happen again??

I wasnt sure if these might be worth looking up...

Gabby, looking at Fox News right now (yeah I know, but someone mentioned it on my facebook feed and I tuned in), sounds like multiple tornadoes in your neck of the woods (around Oklahoma City)... Hoping everything's alright on your end!

Checked progression/transits, Moore's (based on the 1889 chart I plotted) Progressed Venus and Mars are conjunct establishment Ascendant and opposite establishment Typhon.

Transit Uranus within the next two years should start conjuncting establishment Zeus, and transit South Node will be conjuncting establishment Moon within probably the next 6 months exact.

I'm also noticing transit Pluto is conjunct establishment South Node and will become more exact once it goes direct (it's retrograde now).

Just based on the tornado risks in general and now this back-to-back tornado cluster you guys are experiencing, I'd recommend relocation.

This is really getting insane!
It only looks like its getting worse in the next few years...ugh!

Thank you everyone! We are ok...the town isn't tho! I've never seen it this bad, lived in tornado alley my whole life...but to get hit by potentially the 2 worst tornadoes in they've seen, nearly the same path is terrifying!
I keep thinking we've got hit, so maybe it's the safest place because what's the odds on a 3rd hit? But, between what the charts are showing and then last night, it looks like the odds are pretty good!
iQ, i really wish I could get out of here immediately....but its just not possible at this time, unfortuanately!
But I did bump up my insurance quite a bit, just in case....?
Guess its a good thing I'm a saggy n I don't get to attached to "stuff".......would appreciate maintaing life tho! Lol and Ugh!
