Hi Twirl!! not an expert either lol, but yes MC usually relates to career, and some think it is what one becomes near midlife.

though such it is a conjunction not an opposition, maybe it means you can keep a balanced perspective with what you do, not letting anyone feel like they are being blamed, and encouraging others when needed?
