If it is Achilles, the Greek hero with amazing good looks, then he is better known for his heel. He was killed by an arrow shot in his heel, his weakest point. So, Achilles would denote a point of weakness in someones's chart, a point that could cause someone's downfall - for example, because of covetousness, pride, greed, excesses or inability to rise a challenge.

I am not sure how you would interpret the aspects you have mentioned in that context. Can you see how this might apply to you?

Literally their weakness.

In interpersonal relationships, it appeared in a few charts of people who were childhood loves, it appeared in my mother's synastry with one of her first boyfriend's and their still close friends for over 25 years. His Achilles conjuncts her IC within 3 orbs but its in her 3rd house i.e. when she calls him for something he's there.

With family relationships, I have seen Venus conjunct Achilles show up as selfless actions, people just can't help but to assist even if it goes against their ego, despite the brute, arrogant image Achilles represents.

Well everybody should have Achilles ( thank you for posting Cappy)in their natal. Mine is located in H6 cancer,natural 4th house. I can see how my mother can contribute to my downfall. However I was wondering about its significance in synastry.

Achilles is conjunct Neptune in my chart, in 3rd house. The 3rd house is my house of strength, with the best aspects btw, but I can see how the excesses of Neptune could be my weak point - self deception, over idealisation, guilt etc. could deplete the power of the 3rd house.

In synastry it is a different picture. His Achilles forms soft aspects with my Amor and Juno. This could very well mean a point of weakness for him in the way Ail suggested.

I am inclined to think that Achilles has two different meanings, depending on whether it is in the natal or
synastry. I could be completely wrong of course. Perhaps others may have experiences they might share.

With the 4th house/IC, it reminds a person "home" a very early and intimate part of their life, something they wouldn't necessarily share with another person. So yes it is a good aspect to share if harmonious.

@astrokeen

I agree with you Achilles is a weakness that can be a downfall and lead to self-destructive tendencies . I have Achilles in the 5th square my Venus exact. Me in love is not a good thing
