Talent squares Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune. Would Saturn square Talent mean I'm afraid to use my "talent" or there is a restrictive influence in the house where talent resides in my chart? My talent is in Libra in the seventh house and Saturn is in the eleventh house.

The square from Saturn would cause more of a restrictive nature. Usually that restriction is for a good reason, sometimes for great discipline, to work hard and appreciate your abilities.
