I'm honestly not sure whether this should be in this forum or another one, but I was reading a book about the Black Sun and I read this:"Jung also finds in this image of blackness a non-manifest latency,a shadow of the sun, as well as an Other Sun, linked to both Saturn
and Yahweh, the primus anthropos. For the most part, Sol niger is equated with and understood only in its nigredo aspect, while its more sublime dimension—its shine, its dark illumination, its Eros and wisdom—remains in the unconscious." Also, this is a different type of black sun than the alchemical one, it's a hypothetical point, but this may interest some of you:

This is very interesting.... Thankyou for providing these urls, JovialMagnus! Could you please check this out (if it is an article you authored)?? In the article, the "Feast Days" listed don't "match" the dates in the ephemeris they provide... Errors?  Dark doesn't always mean evil.... Look at Space itself. Look at how the stars hang in the midst of a black backdrop. Scriptures say that God created the darkness and gave us Light. In the end time we won't need the light of the Sun because Light will be our light... The blindness will be taken from our ability to 'see'... And we will see All clearly. Awakenings. It's not about the light you see (like a light bulb) but about the clear perception of the origins of Soul and Purpose of the Universe.  Thanks JovialMagnus... Well it's all approximate according to that page, but it also lists some dates:"Feb. 18th, when it enters Aquarius
April 21st, when it enters Pisces
June 7th, when it turns retrograde in Pisces
June 19th, when it re-enters Aquarius
June 22nd, when it re-enters Capricorn
June 23rd, when it re-enters Capricorn
June 24th, when it opposes the visible Sun and enters Sagittarius
June 26th, when it enters Scorpio
June 29th, when it enters Libra
July 11th, when it turns direct in Libra
August 13th, when it enters Scorpio
October 17th, when it enters Saggitarius
December 18th, when it enters Capricorn
December 24th, when it conjuncts the visible Sun" But if you want to see where the energies of the alchemical black sun manifest you could look into placements of Saturn, Eros, and Kaali. From what I've read so far they're all associated. IP: Logged |
