Anyone have some input on how that might manifest in life, and how I might be able to work more constructively with those placements as an adult?

I will say that these aspects probably produced a very strong desire to dive fully into the depths of some very murky waters when I was younger, and come out on the other side...alive, transformed, and trying to align my energies more positively...and to help others.

Ideas for positive channeling in my own life?

If I pushed an asteroid conjunction, I could push to 3 degrees but not more. 8-9 etc is way, way out imo

I've always understood Hekate to be the Moon Goddess, Goddess of Hearth and Home, and of crossroads.

I read somewhere that she also is given to potions and the like.

After experimenting extensively with every mind-altering substance known to human kind in my younger days, I now make my own natural perfumes and natural beeswax candles, based on aromatherapy. I only use naturally occurring ingredients. Likewise with household detergents, ointments, and facial scrubs.

Not sure how the opposition to Lilith works out, but I can see the conjunction with my Moon...even if it's a loose conjunction of 4 degrees. In Virgo, so I also take a lot of herbal supplements now, and have an organic garden with herbs that I collect in order to make salves and teas.

Interesting, all that. I don't see Hekate as necessarily dark, unless one chooses to utilize her energies in that fashion.

I wonder if Lilith has any positive attributes? All I can find is the "raging b*tch/sexual deviant" type descriptions...and some things that remind me more of the common misconceptions of the Goddess Kaali.

As someone with BML conjunct Moon/Venus/Mercury, I often feel that Lilith can be very misunderstood as well. There are lots of articles talking about the b*cth and sexual Lilith, the raging Lilith, and personally I don't find it too resonating. Maybe for very harshly aspected Lilith it can be like this, as the very negative manifestation of Lilith is probably like this, thought I think that there's more to Lilith than this.

IMO, BML is very intuitive and in tune with one's darker side. Being in tune with darker side is not necessarily bad - everyone has dark sides and issues, thought we are too conditioned to deal with it through repression, shame and insecurity that we might not know how to naturally accept it and be understanding about it. Of course, being accepting of our darker side doesn't mean justifying behaviors, thought it's important for us to look at things realistically - it is the first step towards improvement.

I'd say that one of Lilith's positive strengths is that since she understands that dark side is part of human nature, she can understand others and not simply reject them and push them away or make them feel ashamed for having negative sides. She can use this wisdom to help others overcome their own darkness, along with her strong intuition to see through others.
Thought it's important to understand that again, acceptance doesn't mean justifying all the negative behaviors - so that while Lilith can accept people who has weakeness and dark issues, she does not tolerate selfishness nor lack of will to overcome things and simply throwing out things like "I just can't help it!". And personally that is how I feel too - I can empathize with people who might feel jealousy, envy, insecurities, or are troubled by other dark sides, as I see it as part of human nature, but the moment they start to be selfish and doesn't care for others and only know how to victimize themselves, or even say "I can't help it" as justification, I have little tolerance.

Lilith can offer the gift of seeing through others, empathizing with their pain and dark sides without acting judgmental, and then help them overcome things with her wisdom and understanding of patterns of darkness. And this can be used for either destruction and manipulation of others, or healing others.
