my black moon Lilith is at 23 degrees aquarius, the same degree as my moon in aquarius and conjunct at 0! does this mean it would be stronger in my chart than usual?
also, none of the lilith moons aspect my asc, but they all aspect my pluto which is the only planet in the first house. would this kind of be like aspecting my asc?

Are you using H58 on Astro.com?

My H58 Lilith is Conjunct Asc, Conjunct Pluto, Conjunct Mars, Conjunct Juno (I didn't check other asteroids)
Yes, all of those are conjunct Asc. LOL

I'm just getting into Asteroids. It's pretty fascinating!
The H13 is Sextile moon and trine Sun.
