What if no planets touch the MC but some asteroids do, is the career less likely to manifest strongly in life?Are asteroids enough to lift a career off the ground? Would like to hear everyone's views, and especially IQs. IP: Logged |

I think your career could be great with no planets conjunct the MC. The asteroids conjunct it will tell you what you will give to the world/career.Lets see what IQ says.------------------

Thanks Ami Anne. I hope you're right  The asteroids conjunct are Ixion (whatever that is) and Aphrodite. There might be others, I can't possibly test them all. And even then the orbs are maybe loose for an asteroid - 2 degrees. IP: Logged |

I don't mind breaking rules - but not anything ILLEGAL  Aphrodite I see as a glamourous profession. I wish I had things touching my MC. There's an exact semi-sextile to Uranus but I don't suppose that counts. IP: Logged |

Because there are thousands of asteroids there's no way to check without just going through them all!Do you think 4 degrees is too wide for a sextile? Because if it isn't then I would have a Mercury sextile MC. IP: Logged |

I have my first name (Amy), Icarus and Achilles all exactly conjunct my MC. I can't imagine that's a particularly good thing, since the Icarus and Achilles stories both end VERY poorly! Odysseus is widely conjunct by 3* too, but I don't know if that would be considered too wide for an asteroid. It would still be conjunct Neptune and Uranus though. IP: Logged |

There is an asteroid Ephemeris someplace. You can google it. I had a thread with it in it, which you can find in this Forum.
4 degrees is OK for a sexile imo
