I'm not sure if it's really relevant in terms of relationship potential, but I have seen it in a couple and I also have this with a friend I had a mutual crush with in the past. With my husband we share a Cupido/Cupido opposition lol I find this kind of aspects as a cute sign.

The orbital period is a little more than 2 1/2 years, so its not really generational, but you would probably share a conjunction with someone close to your age.

I have mostly seen the meaning described as unconditional love.

With 6 years difference I'd say it's rare. I've checked this asteroid's position in a few people's chart, with a few years of age difference, and it's rare to find conjunction between them.
