I have been looking into my Aphrodite and Adonis asteroid

My Aphrodite is in Gemini in 7th but near 8th, inconjunct asc exact and semi square mercury in leo

My Adonis is in retro scorpio 11th house conjunct mars and part of a grand cross with jup in Taurus, neptune in aqua and merc in leo

Please anyone, info on these two asteroids, what these placements, Etc tyvm!

Aphrodite and Adonis are both our perceptions of a particular kind of beauty: the feminine, and the masculine. It can certainly be unisex, though.

But in Gemini, Aphrodite has an appreciation for beautiful quality: musicality, and even a sprightly youthfulness. In the 7th, you would love this most in a partner.

In Scorpio, Adonis would direct you towards the male ideal being the 'tall, dark, and handsome', more mysterious type. You'd be drawn to the classic 'bad boy'. The gothic rather than traditional romance. In the 11th, you might find these types more readily among your friends, or even in larger groups.

I have exact conjunction of composite Aphrodite with Composite Sun, Mercury, chiron.

Does Aphrodite work like Venus and create a love stellium or is it just a lust stellium (with pain- chiron).

m.blade, are you male or female? I have Adonis in Scorpio too! Conjunct Pluto by 3 deg. And what can I say, I wouldn't mind if my man was passionate, deep, a little dark and...slightly obsessed with me It's in the 3rd so maybe that's why I pay so much attention to male voices. Certain timbres do things to me I love deep, even somewhat angry sounding ones. Lol, gotta get back to Earth.

Aphrodite...it's definitely about beauty! It conjuncts my Moon. Beauty mesmerizes me and sometimes moves me so much that I end up crying.

Aphrodite is not love, not in the deeply emotionally soulfully attached I-will-always-care-for you kind of sense (and btw neither is Venus); she is the attraction, that zing, that sensual spark, that might lead into love eventually.

But if you are in a Venusian state, you may be falling in love, but you are not loving just yet (Venus was a fickle selfish Goddess btw, and quite revengeful actually).

Aphrodite more so than Venus, is about sensual erotic magnetism.

(Venus is a bit of a broader symbol, encompassing the wish and ability to relate to another person, at least that is how she is being considered in most astrology).
