What is the main purpose/effect of Ixion?

All i know is it is a Plutonian asteroid/dward planet ...

I have it conjunct my Pluto & Jupiter in Scorpio 1st house exact, and conjunct ascendant at 3 degrees..

Ixxion is lawlessness with no care for the outcome. If someone would come to your house, steal from you and do or take what he could with no thought for you, that would be Ixxion, in my opinion.
