I know Tyche is the asteroid for good fortune/luck in Greek mythology, but other than that I don't know much about how it works or how important it is in synastry... Any thoughts on what it would mean if someone's Tyche conjuncts my Mercury and Juno (exact), Amor (1 degree), and Valentine (2 degrees)?

Also my Tyche conjuncts his Destinn exact

This is quite helpful in Synastry but I prefer a strong TYCHE or FORTUNA in Composites.
Strong as in conjunct or sextile or trine Jupiter, and preferably in the 2nd, 5th, 9th or 11th House.

Well, his luck would help your own intellect and will help you to know more about the nuances of True Love. I think this is a good aspect.

Thanks IQ!

In composite we have Tyche sextile Jupiter (2 degrees), and then also sextile NN and Uranus (1 degree). Fortuna is conjunct Jupiter but by 6 degrees so probably way too wide.

I agree with your interpretation about better understanding nuances in love... We also have moon in Scorpio conjunct eros exact in the composite so it was an intense connection...
