Is it as significant as planets conjuncting it?

I have Polaris and Betelgeuse conjunct my AC by one degree, Galactic center exactly conjunct my DC.

Angles (AC and MC) conjunct fixed stars are very important, like Sun and Moon, which are more important than other elements.

Thanks for your reply

I'm not really familiar with fixed stars yet. I knew there was a significance especially when these stars are so near my AC. But how come I can't really feel its effects though? Or am I just not aware of it?

Yes, they are significant, very prominent when they conjunct AC and MC. I'm not too familiar with fixed stars too thought (still trying to understand them), thought maybe you can try to google about them, see what people say about these aspects in the forums, and then try to sum the meaning and see how it applies and what you can identify with.

Also, I've heard that some can have very gloomy or doom descriptions, thought one have to take into consideration that in the past, straying from the norm usually means being killed, hence the doom and gloom descriptions lol. For example, Pleiades is a more feminine fixed star, it's even associated with homossexuality, and so you can imagine where the doom and gloom comes from (homossexuality = death some hundreds years ago).

By the way, if you are itnerested in reincarnation and past lives, or even soul origins, conjunctions to fixed stars might give a clue to having origin or having reincarnated in different places in the universe. Thought I'm not knowledgeable enough about this. iQ in Lindaland is the astrologer here who has in depth understanding in this.

I've already read descriptions online. I haven't checked other forums though. Nothing resonated because I don't really take fatalistic descriptions seriously. Lol

It can be used to figure out past lifetimes too? That's awesome! I'll try to research on that further.
