How does it manifest? Kaali is in Scorpio in 1st house. It also conjuncts NN and Pluto in Scorpio. Algol conjuncts SN.

Here's a guess: this person did badly in the previous life and this life's purpose is to redress those wrongs in a very focused way. This life would be a transformational life which may hold many challenges.

Kaali can also be the destroyer of evil, so for her to be opposing Algol makes good sense. On the other hand, Kaali in a water sign could make one vulnerable to astral attacks. Perhaps evil entities from a previous life?
