His EROS is conjunct his MOON, and opposite his MARS conjunct my PLUTO, too. Natal 5H, in my 8H. (My APHRODITE-ADONIS is in my 2H natally.) My SAPPHO is also in his 8H, and conjunct my NYMPHE and square his.

Any thoughts?

I too have it conjunct Venus in Scorpio, although not in 1st. I assure you it has no relation to masculinity in terms of appearance. Adonis was a youthful God - could it be some relation to being youthful in spirit? Incidentally, I've always passed as being younger than my years.

I think I'm for sure androgynous. I'm very feminine but I think Adonis for a female makes her very androgynous. That's how I see it play out for me especially in a Libra way. I think it does give me an air of having some male attributes, but the kind that balance out the female in me.
