Nessus in the 12th house conjunct Unukalhai,the heart of the Snake of Ophiuchus (My Lunar Sun sign) - I can get overbearing with people if i don't get my own way, want to feel like you are the tough one. I have a prominent Dejanira conjunct the 3rd Cusp exact at the same time. Alot of my buds have the couple prominent, so it's always up and down, it's quite comical really... nothing serious ever happens. It brings in alot of issues with power and "being the biggest etc", but aslong as you have the morals to control it, i wouldn't say its as negative for the Aquarian generation, being more bent on social groupsIn the Children films, Hercules, they portray the Nessus/Dejanira scence well, without needing to go to deep into it. The very poor, and not good to have, negative of Nessus is wanting to be the one who's in control when Women are around, if you're a Male, as a very strong masculine archtype .. For me aswell as other people with prominent Nessus i know its like, "I'm the Male, i should be in control. Which is obviously not good, but for Aquarians nothing seems to be as violent or "real" at is was for Pisces. Thanks Mystic Cat.I have it in the 8th. I am not sure how it would be here, perhaps taboo which is it! Once again, AStrology hits a home run. I feel any abusive feelings are taboo such that I stuff them down. ------------------

venus is 8 degrees, and nessus 9 degrees in the 1st then.... i thought if its in the cusp of 1 and 2 it means something??? my bad!

It is no "my bad". The cusp does mean something but when one is determining HOUSE, per se, one needs the exact House because that will give certain info.The cups does blend the signs for any given planet but won't help us if we need the exact house, such as in Chiron, so we can see the House of one's greatest wound. Do you see what I mean Olga? ------------------

Yes , so my wound is from childhood? My brother was a pain I use to think it was normal . Didnt realize he was upset since I got alot of attention ,From school,parents . I was a daredevil major injuries from stupidity could that be a manifestation of this aspect?
Or the fact that I attract demanding men and relationships?

I REALLY hesitate to condemn all NESSUS to abuse. Especially those of us who've worked diligently to avoid being abusive, who may be survivors ourselves.To that end, I appreciate IQ's statement regarding the evolved Nessus. If he isn't abusing, he's ferrying across the river, shifting consciousness. I certainly do that. My NESSUS is conjunct CERES and NYMPHE, 11H, CAN. Square to 2H BML-PLUTO, opposite 5H AMOR. I think it operates in a variety of ways. I can get REALLY up in someone's business if they're not realising their potential. I'm not sure if it crosses over into abuse, though. It's more like, 'is this what you want to do with your life? Rot in this dead-end job? Are you not worth more than that? What happened to your hopes and dreams? Don't you deserve true happiness? No one can change your life but you. When will you take that first step? It's always the hardest.' So I can be very forceful in my communications, but I'm just as intense, quite effusive, when I see someone realising their dreams.
