I'm aware of one karmic tie they have- involving him adoring her, they married, were in love and yet she died young. Love lost. Their movingly intense connection today- love at first sight 2 years ago, yet lost eachother before it even began out of intensity and fear (they're in their mid twenties now)- feels very much like that. like they're somehow trying to get past intense fear of eachother and of losing eachother so that they can actually be together.
